this may be a noob question, but could you go over the differences of each of the alert options, and which platform uses each of them? (subscriber, vs member, vs raid, etc) - some are easy to assume, but others aren't :)
if we have subscribers on YT, but want to start streaming on both YT and Kick, when Kick is only live streaming - how do you get around creating the content first before streaming to get a following when it's a live-only platform?
Great questions, when I mention creating content its on YT. Create content on YT so you build an audience, so when you do go live on platform like Kick your YT community can come and show their support.
I really need help. Im extremely overwhelmed and i feel like you have the knowledge im looking for. I need it really simplified. So i have a galaxy s23, a good laptop, and a cheaper rode usb c mic. Im thinking of getting just the elgato face cam next. I wanna start doing livestreams on youtube. The 2 things i wanna do is livestream me on ebay on my latop showing how i get deals, while using my phone if i can or webcam to film my face. And then the other would be to do just a regular 2 camera livestream. One of my face and one of my hands. Any help would be appreciated.
?How do I get my stream to hear my game chat if I’m streaming with an Xbox on twitch with a cheap laptop? and would you recommend a capture card over screen sharing?
if you don't start your channel with live streaming games, but showing custom builds of games on different devices, would you create a separate channel for the livestreaming to keep them separate?
Rule of thumb for multiple channel - If its the same audience, same channel / if its a different audience, different channel ( that is all that should be the deciding factor in creator another channel, not content format)

For this stream I was using a mac streaming software called Ecamm, which has this feature built in. But if you are using OBS there is a plugin that allows you to do this, I just can not remember the name right now.
