Hey Folks! Sorry I talked so fast through this one. Looking back it would seem that I might have consumed about 20 cups of coffee before filming.... It's something I'm working on! I'll try and slow my mouth down in future videos. In one section I actually double checked that I hadn't accidentally changed the speed setting in final cut! What's life if you can't laugh at yourself?
I thought it was very well done and your cadence made for a shorter video which is always appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to put it all together. Craig.
Eventually I’m going to stay at your hostel and meet you both :-). Hope you enjoy the BMT as much as I did! Let me know if I can help. I appreciate your thoughtful comment!
Thank you for your series. Subscribing! My current plan is to LASH the AT NOBO starting 4/6 from Amicalola, hoping to get to Damascus, but I’m a little concerned about the sheer number of people on the trail at that time. The BMT is an intriguing option. If you have any recommendations I’d love to hear them.
If you’re looking for more of a solo experience (though you’ll see some other hikers), the BMT is a great trail. The AT will have more people, but that’s just the AT…. Both are great options, I think it just comes down to the experience you want. Hopefully that makes sense.
@@UnfetteredFootstepsI’ve taken your and others’ recommendations, and three of us will be hiking the BMT northbound in a few days. We’ve booked 2 sets of park reservations 2 days apart just in case we’re delayed.
Goodness gracious. How many hours have you worked on this video and all the information? If I ever decide hike the trail, I would remember where to get it. Thanks. Kum

@@craigm7950 thank you! Glad you got some value out of it and I appreciate the feedback!
I thought your delivery was great. Maybe the beer I was drinking while watching counteracted your coffee.
@@rolfdenver Lol! Too funny! Thanks for the feedback!
Thanks you've got me in the right direction to start planning
