According to the TSH levels you mentioned would indicate Hyperthyroidism which is Overactive Thyroid function, so definitely confirm that with your Doctor. I know it's confusing, but high blood test levels actually means low Thyroid Function and low blood test levels actually means High Thyroid Function. For example my TSH was at a absolutely ridiculous 165.000 which indicates my severe Hypothyroidism (Hashimotos Disease in my case). So in your case according to your blood test levels indicating Hyperthyroidism, it is usually normal to take those medications with or after food just as your Doctor instructed you to. However as per this video, when taking medication for Hypothyroidism it must be on an empty stomach. Hope this helps, take care!

Not right. Pantop etc, if needed. can be taken after two hours taking Thyroid tablet. But eating badam, garlic, Cauliflower etc even in evening hours for a week will have an impact in TSH in lab reports
