I know them very well I saw an 800 and 801 in York A 37 a few minutes ago I don’t see most of those trains well I recognise those a lot in my back garden
Thanks for the comment. I number based on a variety of aspects, including volume, tune, pitch, number of tones, weather conditions and more, as well as my personal opinion. Hence why sometimes less tones place higher (or in this case won) Hope you enjoyed!
I don’t go up that way enough to unfortunately, however I am looking at heading up soon to make a couple of trains at videos if that interests you? If so any particular locations you would like to see? :)
@@eastcoasttrainspotting5673 anywhere I don’t mind but make shore the class156 scotrail is somewhere in the compotishon vid as in 2025 they’ll be gone from scotrail

would love to do that....you can tell its 2020 all the trains are empty and the drivers are the only ones listening ... love it
11:03 Fun Fact: 82225 has the sharpest horn out of all the MK4 DVTs
19:52 hes a Newcastle driver, spoke to him a few times
That DVT Ilkley was my favourite. Great tones mate
My uncle said he was driving number 67.So epic that he made it into a vid!
Tell him that it was amazing!

Thanks, hopefully you get some more again soon 👍🏻
19:53 I've seen that driver twice on the ECML at Peterborough doing those exact tones!
Dylan, a Newcastle-based driver.
He’s a legend
8:15 thats a really nice horn!! It’s a 5 tones
Thank you!
I especially like the ones with a Doppler effect.
@Detra Cherchio ok???????
1:56 it’s nice and 26:57 this is a nice football horn!
Thanks 😊

Can't wait Nathan!
Number 2 should be first, number one has 40 tones number two has 42 tones

6th Place.. Honestly it deserves first. IT'S OUTSTANDING.
Wow 105 spots this year! Great vid as always! :)
Btw where do you spot find tones like these 🇬🇧👍
All over now! I know a few drivers and see a lot of legends when I’m about!
The fact that you ranked these just made me happy lol
8:11 loud class 91 horn!!! Mega horn. That's not an 8 tone horn! That's a 5 tone horn
2:23 best (or at least my favourite)
43rd place has got the most tuneful horn
Lovely video is there a way I can enter it for 2023? And if I get any tones?
It’s not something I’ve done before. Always been my own footage. Although I could look into it if you wanted to feature? :)
Now this is real class content.
Nothing can beat 19th place
Frintliner
Quick question, what does ilkely mean?
it’s a type of horn, usually it’s low-high-high-high-low-high
Great horns from the drivers
Best train horns ever
Did you get all those train tones but not 150125 lol
YAY! Been waiting for this!
96th place can be a tune in the 150
Can you add a compotition on scotrail trains plz

The last horn kinda sounds like a Leslie RS2M
What is the Song or Sound name of Number 94??
21:11 where is that?
2:08 good old class 150
Do you have a 2021 version of this coming up at all?
OMG you returned
What good places are there around near Swindon
Not sure, not an area I’ve really ventured near. Best suggestion is to have a look on UA-cam for videos near there!
Yeah when’s the 2021 Version or are you taking a break this year which is fine
Nope there is one coming but just not had a lot of spare time at the minute :( it will be worth the wait though ;)
What editor do you use
Isnt the 84th place a 220? Cause It had 4 coaches
Usually yes, but there are a small few (4 I believe) that have 4 coaches
@@eastcoasttrainspotting5673 The 221s only have a 5 coach variant and a 4 coach 221 doesnt exist

Not quite a pacer though 😉😂
