I love the colors in your Steven West shawl and that little vest for your grandson is precious (or as the older folks of eastern Connecticut would say “cunnin'” and Lord only knows where that came from, lol) I know a thing or two about stress and assure you I will lift you and yours up in prayer.
I have been enjoying knitting the Anne socks so much! The little details are so lovely and, like you said, surprisingly easy to memorize. I’m to the heel of the second sock and can’t wait to have them finished!

A tip for Clue 3 that helped me..... use a DPN, so you are not flipping the entire shawl with the short rows.
