    Bago ka kumain ng rice, drink 1 glass of water with vinegar muna para hindi mag spike sugar mo pag kumain ng carbohydrates ..ok ang exercise wag lang sobra kasi di rin maganda..cge sis pagbutihin mo ang diet at konting exercise kaya yan😊😊

    Exercise will not work alone. You have to partner it with less carbs and sugar. Bawasan ang rice at tinapay. Also, wag biglain saka tuloy tuloy na dpat yan. Goodluck.

    Ang exercise mo dahan dahan lang wag mong biglain mag running or walking ...plus disiplina sa pagkain ...low carbs no sugar no fats increase protein at drink plenty of water ...

    Garlic na fresh cut into a very small pieces isang butil lang kainin mo like tablet with water every morning 30 minutes before eating breakfast very effective jud kaayo

    Hello dai Rossana, bawasan ang rice and sugar. Damihan mo protein. Promise mabilis kang pumayat.
    Ako nga nag egg diet for 2weeks. Ang bilis lumiit ng tyan ko. Boiled eggs, pipino, kamatis, okra. Then 30 minutes walking lang pag nasa labas. Ang jogging Hindi advisable sa tulad natin nag kaka edad na. Hindi kakayanin ng heart. kaya maraming athletes ang mga na heart attacked.
