100% agree, I have 3 ArcadeRs and love them. You're dead right on the cable though, none of mine have received as much use as yours and I've already had to replace one of the cables.
I like that they have made it somewhat configurable. It reminds me of my modded zipstik I made when I was a teen, that had switches mounted on the front too, although for different functions. I think this would be a good candidate to mod too, it's quite chunky and spacious inside. The zipstik has less space inside and isn't as sturdy in terms of the plastic. Although I do still prefer the zipstik I think 🙂
It is a great stick, I love mine. NB the switch on the right-hand fire button is not auto-fire, it is to select between that button being a second button or another first button.

Gorgeous joystick. Mine would only work with the cable at a certain angle right out of the box, but once I replaced the cable nothing else compares.
I bought one last year and it's now my most used stick. They really are nice.
Yes they are! =D I do also still use the RetroHQ Megadrive pad adapter a lot though!

Great joystick. Love to use one.
Nice joystick. I use an old Speed King It's worked for decades.

I have a Speed King to look at soon! Never used one myself!
@@GadgetUK164 They also use microswitches.
I like the zip. but have heard the clones can be bad.
and yes boulder dash and bubble bobble and those kind of games. Needs these joysticks :)
