Yes,
For example, your car is moving with a velocity of 30 m/s, it is your initial velocity.
Now, suddenly you apply a brake, your car stops, its finap velocity is zero.
Thus again acceleration is produced, because your velocity changed from 30m/s to 0m/s.

Yes. An increase or decrease in magnitude of velocity is called acceleration although the word deceleration is sometimes used to indicate a decrease in magnitude of the velocity.
It is called redardation or negative acceleration For Example
Initials velocity is 5
AND Final velocity is 2
So v-u
Then answer is 2-5=-3
It is called negative acceleration
It means that car is moving in opposite direction in velocity# 2

Acceleration mean change in velocity...but uniform acceleration is rate of change of velocity with equal rate when acceleration mean change velocity then how it can change equally if it change equally then it will never acceleration....????
