soooo, curses get more common the more 'terrible' the game is, Choccy milk lets you charge your shots and your tears do more damage the closer you are, but you can also let go at a non-full charge in a pinch or if you wont have time for a full charge. (i dunno if you found this out already, but im more than happy to help with engagement)

You can find secret rooms, usually, where three other non mini rooms spawn. You can also tell that a room won’t be there if there’s rocks or a gap before that wall that would connect in any of the three rooms.

I mean... dont get me wrong you can get F'd by them of course but the rng is uuuuusually in your favor; Now about diplopia: Diplopia is a one use only item that copies all other items in the room. Important to note tho that it does not copy the item's COST, so if you diplopia in a devil room you get one copy of EACH item completely free, it also copies the entire content of a shop making one free copy of everything. Also when you are presented with 2 item choices [with there's options or on boss rush] diplopia will copy both so you can get both for free as well. Any veteran isaac player would grind the floor for like 50 minutes if they see discount diplopia.
Hey, to find secret rooms, they are usually connected to 3 different rooms. Every room adjacent to it has to be able to be bombed into it, so if there's like a block or rock blocking a wall, then that can't be one.
You can get an achievement for getting a 5-in-a-row win streak, using a different character each time. It unlocks Super Special Rocks, which take 2 bombs to blow up but can drop way more things than a normal Marked Rock.

Look for spots on the map where 2 rooms have an empty space between them like the chest and curse room at 19:19, thats a possible secret room spot. Before you use a bomb, then go to any spot that could be an entrance for that secret room and make sure its fully accessible so not blocked by rocks or a gap. If its not blocked anywhere thats probably the secret room. For super secret rooms they can only ever be attached to a single room, so instead of looking for gaps in between rooms look for spots that could hold a secret room without that room touching any other rooms.
32:43 you could've beaten the boss that floor and secure the boss item and reroll the floor afterwards in the dice room, that way you would get 2 boss items on one floor

Curse of the labyrinth turns all floors into XL floors - a lot of rooms, two treasure rooms, two bosses. It basically combines Floor 1 and Floor 2 (because you were on depths, this means you fought Mom immediately after the first boss.

Brimstone + Chocolate Milk makes it so you can release your beam at any time. The later you release it, the more damage it does.
