I self correct by removing myself from the individual if possible, if not, I think about something that makes me happy and get silent for a sec. to take a deep breath and gather myself (thoughts). It’s a conscious effort. That take continuous practice. Sometimes you will do better than others. Progress is what matters to me. And picking/choosing your battles wisely.
