Kids, especially little kids, shouldn't get involved in their parents arguments though. If this was a legitimate situation, it would be irresponsible to get the kids involved in the situation. At least they usually tell the kids to go into another room when one if them is angry at the other. A marriage and all it's issues should be kept between just the parents and the kids shouldn't be in the middle of any arguments. It's not actually a good thing to allow the kids to be part of your marital disputes and encourage them to side with one of their parents. Marriage issues should be private matters. Kids have no business being part of their parent's arguments and it's a failure on the parents if their kids have to witness their marriage disputes.

They should definitely be apart of SOME problems or issues because the end result hurts them more than anyone else. They'll grow up confused because everything was "a secret" when secrets shouldn't be kept. You're teaching your kids to hide their problems when you hide yours.

Loyal is breathing normal. As a husky he is supposed to go for frequent runs. He should be taken out at least 3x so that he doesn’t pee in the house. Also, if you take him to Petco & he pees/poos, it’s ok. The store is used to accidents. Get him a harness & take him to dog parks.

Certain breeds are built for different lifestyles and husky’s are definitely very active.
They love to run and pretty much can be a great pet for someone who can keep up with all of the energy they have haha 😆

Loyal is really out of control, hope the trainer is available. Things won't get easier as the dog gets older, it is important to start as early as possible.
So with Loyal a great thing to understand is that dogs don’t just need physical exercise. They also need mental stimulation. By taking him on long runs all you will do is just make him fitter. Which ultimately is gonna make him fitter then you can keep up with. He is a husky so already a high energy& extremely intelligent breed. The kind of breed that NEEDS a job so that they can be fulfilled in life. He’s desperate to be outside, so in your new house would be great to look for an enclosed large garden so he can be free to run around. When dogs pant it is there way of sweating, although you don’t want excessive panting because that can mean they’re overheating. Overheating in dogs is a high cause of death because they are unable to sweat except through their paws and by panting. I believe the kind of collar you have is the type to tighten when they pull which could be making the issue of him pulling worst because everytime he pulls it creates pain for him which then he’s trying to get away from that pain. Dogs aren’t able to work out that the pain/being unable to breath is because he is pulling. Also it would be much better if you guys stopped teasing Loyal by bringing his lead out and opening the door and then not taking him out for a walk. It’s really unfair for him and just training him to get extremely excited/ over aroused and then go no where. Which will create a cycle of worst behaviour when you are actually taking him out because he’s desperate for it. Dogs rely on us to give them quality of life and most of their life is during their walk. Allow him to go out on walks and get him sniffing. Sniffing is a great behaviour for a dog and releases endorphins which helps to relieve stress in dogs. You can also grab a bunch of cut up chicken and throw it around in your garden on the floor and then take Loyal out on leash in the garden and let him sniff for the chicken! Brilliant way for him to slow down a tad and start doing good dog behaviours. I hope this can help you guys a little as I really love watching you & would love to help with the dog side of stuff. I own a 3 yr old Indian mastiff and have had dogs all my life. I also do a heavy amount of research around dog behaviour, dog psychology and dog training. Love the video and also adore how much Scarlett loves her animals! She is just like me as a kid 🥰

I loved that meat in the ground method I have a dog that loves to run I have a fenced in yard so she can run freely but as fast as she runs around the yard for almost an hour straight playing with her fur mommy but the baby would be having to much fun running and playing with her mom she would burry the food in the ground before she finds them but after a while she would dig whole looking for who knows what 😅 my next baby dog I will try that meat in the yard method
Maybe you missed it but they were actually going to take him. They assessed the situation and determined that it wasn’t a good idea to take him.
@@JanHamit's the same thing.. Loyal was so excited going out thinking he is going for a walk or run but then they decide not to because of the lease they had for Loyal.. So it's the same thing like he was being teased.
