Fuel pressure to high, its pouring out of my Webbers

Hello, I realize that this video was 4 yrs ago, but could you let us know what the make/model was of the fuel gauge you used?
I have an Elan and it looks like the Webers are flooding.

if your running a facet type fuel pump with carbs, it will always fill the chamber and flood...you need a fuel pressure reg
