Mam, मैं मलाई गरम करके ही घी बनती हूँ , घी बनाने के बाद जो मावा निकलता है मैं उससे गाजर का हलवा बनती हूं या कभी कभी उस में प्याज हरा धनियां, काली मिर्च, नमक डाल कर, इस मसाले का पराठा बनती हूँ। और ये दोनों रेसिपी मेरे घर में सब को बहुत पसंद आती हैं। आपकी भी घी बनाने की रेसिपी भी मुझे बहुत अच्छी लगी है अब जब भी मलाई इकट्ठी होगी तो आपकी तरह ही बनाऊंगी।

Bache huye mava me pani ubale ,thanda kàrke freeze kare ,ghee ki layer top me jam jati hai .U can use this ghee.I prefer beating malai of at most 10 days ,hardly 10 minutes me 300 gm Tak ghee nikalta hai from malai of 2 litre cow milk daily..Every week I make ghee and keep some homemade butter aside,make ghee of remaining and make delicious kadhi ,khandvi,dhokla,idli, etc from buttermilk.

इस ही मेथड से बनाया था बस हमने इसमें से पनीर अलग नहीं किया था। वैसे ही पनीर भी उसके साथ साथ ही जलते हुए घी निकल गया था। घी तो अच्छा निकल गया था बट पनीर जल गया था।
