I don't know about parroting. That assumes Tiger is just regurgitating what Butch used to say to him. I think it's much more a situation whereby Tiger was a great student and now embodies all of those lessons Butch taught him over the years. Tiger is also on his way to becoming a great coach who can articulate those embodied lessons from Butch.
