Visited friends in Henderson and pleased to see how well all the strip mall restaurants are doing vs other West Coast cities.
Nice seeing how well the Asian Restaurant scene is developing in the Vegas area. Would consider moving there but 120F is a little too hot.

Steve is the MAN. He has his wife with him so nothing too weird or extreme. The two guest were treated to a “ special “ menu that they would never see again. Some of the dishes required a bit of work but it was worth it. Eating your food slowly= enjoying every bite. The place is packed with locals so it must be good.
He is the MAN. This was a Victory Dinner on Steve.
His Steve's Crap channel - 1st episode, South Point Casino, the last roller had a long throw and Steve cashed out good. Fun watching him in his element.
It will be interesting to see if Danny will learn and like playing Craps. You can lose lots of money quickly.
Having a third Party order for All is a crap shoot.
Next time one person from each party should order a dish that's a great item for them and the others can experience so many different items
You guys going to SK can’t go wrong. I think this restaurant is serving the authentic kinds of Chinese foods that most Chinese eat. This is not your typical Panda Express items for sure! 😮
It’s authentic Cantonese dishes. Especially when you see all the customers are speaking Chinese. You don’t see that at Panda Express. 😂
How fun to enjoy a meal with new friends/viewers, Toby and Cindy, as well as Mr. and Mrs. Steve. For me, the greatest pleasure of any meal is enjoying it with others. That was the first time I've ever seen crab ball soup. You said it was really delicious and I am going to take your word for it, however, please don't be offended, but to me it looked like an oatmeal soup ... which doesn't sound too appealing. The rest of the meal looked really good (except that I have an aversion to fish bones too). Thanx Danny, for sharing another great video with all of us.
It's crab meat fish maw soup, not crab ball. Delicious? No.
Korean Chinese food is different. What a treat for Toby and Cindy! You should try going to a Korean Chinese restaurant. Great and smart ordering by Steve! More crab and beef stew for himself and Mrs. Steve, less for Danny. Good food, good people, great video!

My dad loved to eat the fish bones on the fried flounder. Mom not so much, so I get to eat them now.
Maybe Steve should have taken the waiters advice and ordered the curry beef stew instead.

I had a traumatic experience with fish bone stuck in my throat when I was a kid. I don’t eat a lot of fish and just stick to fish sticks, sushi, McDonald fish filet, fish and chips, etc. Steve did great in picking out the dishes. 勝記 is pronounced sing3gei3 in. Canto and means victory?

That beef dish is rough flank or drop flank from the cow's abdomen area. It has tendon and connective tissue that need to be braised for a long time it to be tender. Usually cooked in a chinese braising sauce with daikon. A classic cantonese dish.

Steve and his wife especially loved it. Everyone has different tastes. I knew a Chinese lady who didn’t understand why Americans eat breakfast foods like pancakes, etc… She thinks American breakfast food is weird

When i first saw the title i thought Korean viewers were going to order Chinese food. That's a full house indeed, i hope DTM brought a whole box of business cards. That powder sand granules look like the same thing when DTM ate salt and pepper shrimp and kept burning his mouth 😂, i thought "not again, pitcher of tap water at table 4". At first glance it look like DTM was eating rice out of a tea cup 🤷. DTM should have ordered, then viewers would be like "where is the vegetables?"

Judging by the crowd they serve good food. Agree with DTM and don't like to work hard for my food. Only king crab will I work at. And only king crab will I pay premium for.

"Seafood" restaurant, I would stick with seafood. The beef dish looked like it had the tough parts of beef that I normally would cut off. It's like ordering chicken at a steakhouse. Except for BCF! Am I right? Lol
Chinese seafood restaurant usually means they offer fish, crab and sometimes lobster on the menu. It’s not necessarily their specialty. The rest of the menu are typical Cantonese dishes that are still outstanding compared to American Chinese restaurants.
Nice of the waiter saying there are enough dishes. Can order more if not enough later.
General rule in ordering in Chinese restaurants is 1 dish per person and an extra dish for the table. The waiter might have been nice in telling them that they can order more later, but if they're slammed it will literally not get your table until you're ready to leave! Take it from experience...

Hello DTM, don’t give up on eating fish. Continue your method of eating/chewing slow so that you can ensure that there are no bones. Chinese cooked fish is too good to give up. Also, consider suspending your anti-cracker stance to make your life easier when eating hard shell fish. Looking forward to the next video.

That beef stew dish looks suspiciously tripe ish
The beef is officially called rough flank. It comes with the tough connective tissue. Need to braised at least couple of hours to make it reasonably soft. Tripe is cow stomach lining.

I noticed that some asians wore masks way way way before the baloney of late. When I went to asia, I noticed many wore masks, usually cloth, to protect against traffic emissions which turns your nostril black. but nowadays, you must ask each individual why, because no two people have the same exact reasons...
