Your videos have inspired me to choose Beneteau Antares 7 as my first boat. Im going to shoot for January 2024. Thank you for all the helpful information
Hi Mr Albert This means to thank you for your many good videos about the Beneteau Antares 7 boat, describing not only landscapes and paradisiacal places in the VANCOUVER area, but especially the characteristics and maneuverability of the boat on trailer and in the water. Effectively the videos helped me a lot in my choice for my brand new Antares 7, 2023, which I have just received and is the 1st in Portugal and one of the first in Europe. I will continue to watch your videos, even to enjoy not only a fresh swim but also a good barbecue on board Thanks Dario Carreira
Very good video I watch hundreds of videos and no one ever had a BBQ and the electric stove is an awesome idea I never seen that before on any video thank you so much keep making more good job👍
OK thank you. Soon, most likely at the beginning of spring, I will give you information about this new Antares 7, which in essence remains very similar to your model, perhaps the biggest difference is in the port/starboard asymmetry and the 'HEAD' window, as well as the engine which is a 200 HP SUZUKY-

Hi Albert, thanks to your Chanel I realise that my dream of owning a boat can actually be possible! I just have a question regarding the features on the head cabin aka cockpit shower aka restroom, how do you take a shower on long trips? Cheers 🛥️😎
Thank you for visiting my channel. Antares 7 does not have a cockpit shower, but a shower at the boat transom. Antares 8 and above starts having cockpit shower feature. For the long trip, I usually dock at the marina for shower. Or use the transom shower.
Hi Albert, I’ve been juggling around the Antares 7 & 8. I’ve seen all of your videos and have subscribed. I see you make your videos really relaxed. I wanted to ask about the Antares 7 and I see you’ve had it for about 2 years. Every time I see you in your boat, I feel luxurious. Is this boat reliable and are there any common problems. And also if you need parts for the boat is it hard to order the supplies. And for the anchor, do you have to control it from the front, or can you control it from the cab. Lastly, I was just wondering why you chose Antares 7 and not 8 - is it because the towing isn’t comfortable to use. Thank you!
Benson, thank you for watching my videos and subscribed. I brought this boat last spring and I only have it for a year. It’s a brand new boat so it’s hard to tell if it is reliable or not, but so far there is no issue. The only complaint I had was the anchor chain rope splice was broken after one month use, but it was replaced right away under warranty. I have my boat dealer service my boat and seems like parts is not hard to find. They just contact Beneteau for parts. Yes, you have to control the anchor from the front. Lastly, the reason I brought the Antares 7 is totally because of towing. Antares 7 and 8 is not much a different. The 8 is 0.5 m longer and a little wider. My car can only tow 7500lbs. Including the trailer, the Antares 8 is very over the limit.
Hi Albert - I am considering this as my first boat. Is it comfortable for a weekend trip for 2 people? Have you tried this in the ocean, how does it handle there? Thank you. Beautiful scenery and great boat.
It's a very comfortable as a weekender. I am not sure how tall you are, but the cabin is big enough for two people under 6 feet. You can also lower the dinette table and form a bed for two kids or one adult. Ocean, you mean open sea? I never been to open sea but mostly inlet. In addition, the handle of this boat is good too. Thanks for watching!

Nice boat, could you show all available storage options on the boat?
Good idea! I will make a video for that. Thanks!
Hello Albert, I'm heavily considering getting either the 7 or 8 soon... what's your fuel consumption like? Thanks!
Cruising speed 25 knots around 32 litres per hour. You will never go wrong with either 7 or 8. I love the 8 too but too big to tow with trailer.
