The way you get the music hack is by going into one of the shops and buying like the music tablet or something I don’t remember what the item was. It was like a stone with writing on it.
I totally see the argument of “quantity over quality”, but I think the majority of the updates’ shine is in the editor. I obviously haven’t explored/understood everything yet, but from what I can tell there’s some real cool thingamajigs. And there’s of course the obligatory bugs, but here’s hoping Rob will be relatively quick at bug fix updates now that 2.2 release is off his plate. Look forward to the new content windows (updated icon tier list?) this could open-though I’d watch you play minesweeper, so the game itself doesn’t really matter I guess. Happy holidays everyone 💜
I would totally cut it some slack because of all the editor changes if the physics and sync weren't so different. Idk if you've noticed yet, but as far as I can tell, every level that synced in 2.1 doesn't anymore which was like 70% of my enjoyment in the game. 2.2 is largely going to benefit the 0.01% of the playerbase that is smart enough to go crazy with the triggers. So for that demographic, I'm happy. Unfortunately, people who liked GD for the same reasons I did are depressed right now lol
@@how-d I'm pretty sure there are legacy options which let you revert certain things like physics and bugfixes back to how they were before 2.2, but you have to toggle them in the level editor and for some reason it seems like they aren't enabled by default on levels created before 2.2. I have no idea if they would be able to fix every issue but hey it's something totally agree with your opinions regarding the update btw
bro, by the way, if you go into mechanics shop, you can sync normal music with practice music. Which means that you can hear the normal mode music while practicing.
To answer your question about the music changer, you need to buy it from the mechanic (who requires 2000 diamonds to access his shop in the first place) for 100,000 orbs

I like that you are actually saying how you feel about the update, honestly the new icons are my biggest gripe with 2.2 like holy shit almost none of them look remotely good. Like, especially the ships, they all just don't look right, they're either too small or too bottomheavy like, wtf? The platformer mode is ALMOST amazing, but the physics are way too slippery at the moment. Honestly, so long as Rob tweaks it, it's alright.
