The Customer Screen is incredibly versatile, offering a range of filters and functions to help you manage your customer data effectively. You can filter by when the customer was created, their birthday, or their last visit date. Plus, you can look up a customer by name, phone, ID#, DOB, and other attributes.
Choose the customer type, such as individual, company, or FFL dealer, and filter by the source of the customer, like in-store, website, eBay, or Gunbroker. You can also filter by status, referral, group, store, and transaction type.
With the Customer Screen, you can create lists for SMS or email campaigns, export and import customer data, and even bring the customer over to the checkout screen effortlessly.
