Dang, I bought this TV but 65 for my mom who primarily watches SDR content, never expected this TV to be this good and packed with a lot of features !!!, definitely worth the purchase
Just bought that same exact size TV. It does have a really good picture. I’m really happy with it. I’m gonna give it to someone that doesn’t have a TV and I think they will more than love it. I returned a VIZIO of the same size and it doesn’t even compare to the picture quality on this one. Thanks for the review.

Oh wow! A sincere thanks for the vid, the very low input lag may end up causing me to buy this on black friday. I've been searching for a budget but still good input lag 4k for gaming. This even had a bit better input lag than the more expensive Samsung du7200 you recently did a review on too which is my 2nd choice tv to get haha

I also agree cheap TVs are more for people like me that barely use them. I realized this last year when I splurged on a LG OLED TV, I quickly got bored of it, kinda felt like I wasted my money.
Buying the LG 55UQ70 was a mistake on my part; only 2 HDMI ports, and I have a Nintendo Switch, PS5, and a soundbar… That's why I prefer Hisense and Sony.
Watching the video i can tell you mine does not have the game bar or as many settings as this one. Mine is also a 43 inch. Mine does have HDR 10+ support though and Motion Enhancement Technology, Motion Rate 120
Fun fact...Today's " high end" TVs will be next couple years' mid range or even budget low end. I am not shelling out more $350 for a 43" or $500 on 50" . For that reason, it is fine. I still trust Toshiba from Best Buy to be a good value. Nice colors and decent sound which is better than some bigger names. LG and Samsung want to upsell soundbars so their budget to midrange tend to have tinny or mediocre built in speakers. Toshiba has no such luxury so they have a decent enough built in audio.

@ have had it for 5 years now super great colors and resolution. The blacks aren’t that deep tho that’s why it was 150$ I’m looking to upgrade to a 120hz now.
This TV is pretty different in Europe, at least in Romania. It has VIDAA as their own OS which although is pretty fast, it lacks all the benefits and apps from an Android OS TV. Secondly, it doesn't have 120hz, although it has HDMI 2.1. Maybe I don't know how to activate it but my eyes can't detect it and I know how 120hz looks 🤷🏼♂️ Just something to keep in mind cause it might be different for others 👍🏻

You are often referring to this TV as entry level. By price that may be true, but Hisense has the A4N series as entry. And many manufacturers still offer 1080 TVs as entry. This one would be the next step up for sure and that's why it has so many features.
I just got this tv and im running it with a xbox series x at 4k but unfortunately in some games like forza horizon 5 it has a terrible image issue where textures that load in show up as green and purple. Could you possibly test this out with a series X ?
@@TechSteve From what I’ve tested, it seems to only happen with this tv specifically when games are running at 4k. I’m fairly sure you didn’t see it because the series s runs forza horizon 5 at 1080p 60.

Also, in the home, at top right of the screen there is not Google Tv, but VIDAA 😂 please help me figure it out 😂 i’m from Italy by the way, i don’t know if this helps and maybe in Italy this model is sold with VIDAA…
UPDATE FOR THOSE WHO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM: I figured it out. They made two version of this A6N. One of it is the A6N with Google Tv, the other one is the european version, sold in europe with VIDAA. This is such a shame, i would preferred have the google tv version… 😢

Yes ! I buy this tv 4 week ago and i don’t regret it ! You have the VRR, ALLM, HDR for the ps5 and even 120fps on 1080p and 4k 60 fps ! So it’s a good deal

Dang Tech Steve that A6 looks better than the Samsung Q70D on display at both Costco and Best Buy . My only thought on this TV ... fragile frame so don't move it around too much and it should last . Good review !
Appreciate you doing the lower end stuff… but for $20 more, the a7n kills this model… as for IPS panels, contrast goes to crap and the panel does not have better color…
that game doesn't run at 120fps on series s that why it didn't work. but that tv, like the A6 do 1080p at 120fps. but not all games do 120fps on series s. in fact only a few.
@@TechSteve What ive discovered is that after purchasing the tv Plex does work however when you load it up films and videos you have on loud/other locations show up but dont load images. Then if you alter network it loads images but wont play the movies. There has been no fix for this ive read tonnes of forums....hope theres a find soon as its very annoying
@ so plex works, so movies and whatever i have plays but their covers dont show so it just shows plan empty boxes. Followed many people advice and the only change i get is network and altering connections from secure
Bought that TV for my parents, the POS broke down in 3 months, light bars started flickering and it’s extremely annoying. Avoid it at all costs, buy a more reliable brand instead
@ hisense didn’t make the warranty valid because the brightness was set to 100% during that time and said it should never be above 70%. Never had that issue with Samsung tvs…….
@meisterziege is this a usa model as well? How often was it playing? All day long every day at 100% brightness or a part time TV? If you had a older TV before they were more expensive and did last longer. But we’re talking under $200 for a 4k TV

Worked at Best Buy and TV reps only really complained about Vizio, Insignia, and Hisense. Toshiba should be fine if the price is right

The insignia f50 4k qled 50” was a good budget one too for some reason they’re not selling anymore. I got it for 150$

I didn’t see anything like that, it cables, setting or something. Makes sure everything is in automatic mode on the xbox

hello thanks for this amazing video. i really have a problem i can’t figure out 😂 i just bought an hisense 43A6N two days ago, but it’s not powerade with google tv, it has VIDAA… my package is a little bit different from yours, it says VIDAA instead of google tv. i tried searching online but i have found descriptions that says this model has VIDAA and not google tv… but that’s so weird! i mean how is it possible? i’m sure my model is 43A6N. Also, in the home, at top right of the screen there is not Google Tv, but VIDAA 😂 please help me figure it out 😂 i’m from Italy by the way, i don’t know if this helps and maybe in Italy this model is sold with VIDAA…
UPDATE FOR THOSE WHO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM:
I figured it out.
They made two version of this A6N.
One of it is the A6N with Google Tv, the other one is the european version, sold in europe with VIDAA. This is such a shame, i would preferred have the google tv version… 😢

I have purchased a 43 A6K model. Just want to say that... I have shot a 4K video on mobile, but when I transfer that video in pendrive, the TV is not supports the video format of 4K... Any solution?? Pls tell
you have to use a computer and convert to a format that the tv can read like mp4
You do not need to do high Expensive tvs Videos Most of us cannot buy these tvs .. We want only budget tvs 👍🏾👍🏾

Yes ! I buy this tv 4 week ago and i don’t regret it ! You have the VRR, ALLM, HDR for the ps5 and even 120fps on 1080p and 4k 60 fps ! So it’s a good deal

Dang Tech Steve that A6 looks better than the Samsung Q70D on display at both Costco and Best Buy . My only thought on this TV ... fragile frame so don't move it around too much and it should last .

Hisense is stepping up across the board
Appreciate you doing the lower end stuff… but for $20 more, the a7n kills this model… as for IPS panels, contrast goes to crap and the panel does not have better color…

that game doesn't run at 120fps on series s that why it didn't work. but that tv, like the A6 do 1080p at 120fps. but not all games do 120fps on series s. in fact only a few.
You have to change the video settings in the game

@@TechSteve What ive discovered is that after purchasing the tv Plex does work however when you load it up films and videos you have on loud/other locations show up but dont load images. Then if you alter network it loads images but wont play the movies. There has been no fix for this ive read tonnes of forums....hope theres a find soon as its very annoying
@brigoose7945 the plex tv app doesn’t work? You have the server configuration wrong or something
@ so plex works, so movies and whatever i have plays but their covers dont show so it just shows plan empty boxes. Followed many people advice and the only change i get is network and altering connections from secure

Bought that TV for my parents, the POS broke down in 3 months, light bars started flickering and it’s extremely annoying. Avoid it at all costs, buy a more reliable brand instead
Use the 1yr warranty. We don’t know if tvs are dropped, shipped poorly or what condition people house are when it comes to broken models
@ hisense didn’t make the warranty valid because the brightness was set to 100% during that time and said it should never be above 70%. Never had that issue with Samsung tvs…….
@meisterziege is this a usa model as well? How often was it playing? All day long every day at 100% brightness or a part time TV? If you had a older TV before they were more expensive and did last longer. But we’re talking under $200 for a 4k TV
