How to Fix Embedded YouTube Videos Not Showing Closed Captions (cc_load_policy=1 Not Working)

In this video, we will fix an issue where certain videos from UA-cam embedded on external webpages do not automatically have closed captions turned on by default when using the “cc_load_policy=1” parameter in the iFrame code. This occurs even when the video you are trying to embed has closed captions / subtitles when you watch the video or enable the setting manually.
This problem stems from the UA-cam video settings that you are trying to embed not having language-specific subtitles, or using auto-generated subtitles. To be clear: auto-generated subtitles do not work with cc_load_policy=1. In this video, I’ll show you how to create English (or language-specific) subtitles from the auto-generated subtitles in your video, so that the closed caption option automatically turns on when the video is embedded in an external page.
Note that you must own the video in order to make this change! If you are embedding someone else's video on your page, you will need to send them these instructions so they can make the necessary changes themselves in the Subtitles setting of their video.

When I click on Subtitles on my created video, I don't have the Duplicate and Edit option. It only says "Add" under Subtitles. Any idea how to remedy that? When I click "Add," a list of languages is generated to choose from. I have English U.S. and English Canada selected, but neither did anything.

I can see subtitles as the owner of the video, but when I want to confirm it, I watch my video from another account I do not see subtitles. I can't understand why.

So the issue we are facing is when live streaming, CC is not showing event hough settings are on. Week older streams all have CC on.. Please help
