    Great video and helped a lot! Good to know that you care about your customers and show how to install everything. Installation videos are priceless!
    One thing, in my case I had to remove this silver exhaust tip and then it was easier to take the OEM fender out.
    Also, be really careful with this retaining clip which holds your wires (the first one at 3:43) as it is very easy to brake it. Yup, it happened here ;)

    Is there any way to put the carbon fiber like plastic sheild back onto the exhaust because without the stock fender the stock exhaust seems to be somewhat of an eye sore. Any solutions other than buying an aftermarket exhaust while still getting the fender eliminator kit?Im riding a 2015 CBR600RR.

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  8 років тому

      those shields mount to the fender. If you chop down the fender I suppose you can put a part of it back on with the shields.

    • @YouCreateMe
      @YouCreateMe 8 років тому

      +Daniel Degracia Google for "Carbon Fibre Side Exhaust Covers" or "REAR SIDE EXHAUST TAIL TRIMS" but they don't do that for 2013 - up models yet. At least I have not found it.

    Hello I've got a problem with the gen2 relay... you see on my 2014 cbr600rr there're 4 connectors on the stock relay.. and the tst gen2 has 2 connectors which didn't match at all and that really disappointed me, is there anything I can do to make it work, and not using the wires you sent me ?

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  9 років тому

      val aks If your bike uses a four pi relay then you must live outside of the Americas. All the North American and South American models use a two pin relay. The Gen2 relay is a replacement for the OEM two pin relay. Our ads for the Gen2 relay disclose that outside of the Americas the buyer has to check their relay plug prior to buying the relay to avoid this type of situation. At the moment we do not make a four pin relay because of limited availalability of bikes to test on. We did find one locally that had a four pin setup and devised a way to use both the OEM relay and the Gen2 in parallel to keep the hazard lights function, and fix the fast flash. This requires removing two wires from the OEM relay plug and plugging them into the Gen2. You then replace the OEM plug on the OEM relay, and have the signaling circuit wires plugged into the Gen2. This will make it work on your bike but I cannot give you specific color codes at this point. If you contact us through the support tab on our website and are willing to supply good photos of the wires going into the OEM plug then we will be glad to coach you on how to get this done.

      TSTindustries Thank you very much for the answer, I know how to do so myself just wanted to ask/find an easier way, cause I'm lazzy and had a rough day to begin with, tho I love when it all looks perfect so I'll just have to find a 2 pi plug that fits the gen2 cut the wires I need and do the magic thank you tho for the will to help me and the support. :)

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  9 років тому

      val aks You do not need to cut the wires. The crimps that you extract from the 4-pin plug will fit into a three pin plug, and will fit right onto the relay terminals. The plug you need is a Sumitomo style MTW .110 three position female (although the plastic plug looks like a male...the designation is by the crimps that go in it). So there is no cutting, splicing or wiring. You will just need to switch two of the wires coming out of the four pin plug to the Gen2 relay. I hope this helps.

    How would I go about installing the license plate light you guys sent me with the kit?

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  10 років тому +2

      Snip off a part the part of your OEM license plate light wire that has the plug on it. Size up the length of the wire on your new license plate light so that it fits for where you are installing it with some additional length for slack. Wire your new light into the plug wire that you snipped off from the OEM license plate light according to the instructions that were sent with the license plate light. Apply the new license plate light to the license plate as described in the instruction sheet.

    Hey, do you guys ship to Canada? Also wondering if this was street legal? I don't want to get any tickets.

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  10 років тому

      To research legality of this type of part for a street application you will need to contact your local Department of Transportation. These parts are manufactured for use on show bikes and non-highway applications. If you decide to put this on a street going motorcycle it is your responsibility to ensure its legality.

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  3 роки тому +1

      there are many handle tools for rotating a socket...I gravitate to the long extension for the socket itself. I loosen with ratchet and then take it off and use it by hand. Quickest combo by far without the need to switch to a different handle
