He will burn around 1000+ calories while training. Plus we burn calories just living. Make sure your exercising the right amount if your going to up your calories to the amount matt has. He clearly has a good metabolism aswell.

There’s two options for taking a nap, you either sleep for no longer than 20-30 minutes which won’t require your body to go trough a full sleep cycle or you sleep for two hours in order to let your body go through an entire sleep cycle. Besides that, you could have a coffee before short nap (20-30 minutes) which will help you feel less exhausted after waking up from your nap. The best time for taking naps is between 1-4pm. But it’s still the best to sleep at least 8 hours and up to 10 hours a night. And a nap can effect your good sleep at night which is the best time to fully recover from your training. And of course, as these are only scientific indications, you should try to find out what works best for you as an individual. If you would like to learn more about sleep or other factors to enhance your performance. I can only recommend the book „peak“ from mark cubbs A must have for every athlete. Greetings from Germany

Yeah, the app is called “Fit for 90”. Our team uses it to track everyone’s fatigue levels throughout the season.
