Out of interest what does this mean? I guess the A is automatic, C is crossing and +B is + Barrier but what's the O and L stand for? (Also correct me if I've got any of the other letters wrong).
@@ectopudding Thanks, much appreciated, so essentially it means the crossing is triggered by treadles or sensors on the track rather than a signaller pushing a button, but then a local signaller checks it's clear before changing the track signals to green / line speed?
@@squozenfrozen1645 the crossing will be operated by treadles and/or track circuits. The train driver is presented with an indicator that tells them if the crossing equipment is operating correctly, and the onus is on them to make sure it’s safe to cross, hence ‘locally monitored’.
And that some sort of yo3 alarm that kinda slow one sounded like that in 2016 when a guy called south coast level crossings
Excellent! This just shows that the YO5 is superior! I had no idea that the YO3 yodalarm had given up like that! It sounds hilarious!
And that alarm on the other side is very very messed up it went normal at the start and its gone messed up
Is this an AOCL+B?
Yes
