It's good to see someone who can come out of boxing without being punch drunk and it shows you don't have to have lasting effects from boxing

George Foreman is an amazing person and he and only he knew how to take care of himself without suffering any real injury from boxing. He turned his life around for the better and glad to hear him speak to us once every a while.

perfact speech not punch drunk this is an example the less punishment you take in the ring the less damage you receive those fighters with no defense will be sounding like drunk men after they retire

yeah you could see that in many fighters like Norton, Frazier and Ali. Many more out there but Ali suffered the worst from that as he let opponents on purpose hit him until they got done. Foreman was taller and wouldn't let them hit him that often as his fighta usualy lasted 2 or 3 rounds. In his come back he took a bit more punishment but he was lucky not to suffer from any of that. Another example is Holmes. He got the best out of boxing without problems at the end of it. Marciano did good as well. He was never really challenged and hit in the head that often.
