Big Bad Wolf Welp we're getting a playable Clan Eshin in a DLC with Snikch, which honestly makes sense, the right hand men of the Lords of Decay were always the more fleshed out characters.
Love your lore videos. Ex Eshin tabletop Player myself and originally started playing Skaven when Mordheim was released 20 years ago. (F*** I'm old!) Anyways, just too add - Clan Eshin are the only clan to know of the fate of Mordheim and the Nightlord sends night runners & verminkin (which are essentially Eshins version of clanrats) led by Assassin's to collect the warpstone left by the comet that struck there and it provides an opportunistic training ground for Eshin. (Be cool if Veskit Executioner made an appearance but doubt it - he was an awesome underated Skaven Character!) Anyways just thought I'd add that as it just confirms the sheer successfulness and deadliness of Eshins secrecy to hide an entire city from rival clans! Also, another tier you missed were the Master Assassin's up from standard Assassin's but below Deathmasters. (But these are probably what the Deathrunners are in TW. Once again, cool video dude!
You are basically the new ARCH . Without the mad speed up in the latest videos of his. Keep up the good work, I sometimes put this up as a bed time story for my two boys.
2 things you missed you did excellent for most part but eshin also has verminlords according to 8th edition as does pestilens skyre and warlord clans each with seperate abilities from normal verminlords anyway eshins vermin Lord is very sneaky and fast second thing according to games workshop deathrunners are Canon and are bassicly skaven black ops that are selected as a secret step up from gutter runnners trained to more act in groups with moderate murder skills as opposed to assassins who operate alone with high murder skills nice video btw
Thank you for watching and I appreciate your feedback on the death runners, but if you go back to my horned rat/ verminlord video you will see what I was able to scrounge up for the greater demons of the horned rat
The one issue I have with skaven assasins is that sometimes these assasin missions take a while. Im assuming at times causing them to hide and skulk for days on end to reach their target. This doesn't line up with the skavens high metabolism and them having to eat 5 times a day to maintain body mass. If they are hiding and unable to eat consistantly would that not hinder their physical prowess over time and lessen success with longer missions? Just curious.
Depending on who they are trying to assassinate, it wouldnt be too hard to steal food. Especially from the rich, who would have plenty of food (or people) around to gnaw on while waiting.
Damn I'm late.. but good point. I honestly started dipping my toes in the warhammer universe about a year ago so I had so many questions lol. Now I have grown to love it!
Strange that Eshin Assassins were even able to kill leadership in the plague rats; these would be their WORST match ups as in the books these guys can be so toxic that getting close to them is pretty much a death sentence for an assassin and the alternative is... a poison dart... against a plague monk :v
It's almost certainly not official art, there are female Skaven but they're horrifically mutated abominations that exist only to breed as many new Skaven as possible.
@@InquisitorThomas M'yes, indeed. From my experience and research with the skaven, there females are either broodmothers (mutated by clan Maulder) or concubine breeders (not mutated) in clan leaders personal harems. The Skaven are one of the few species capable of performing a total war society, where every act in their society is for the preparation and application of war.
Yes and no. Usually when a Skaven stabs another Skaven repeatedly there is no immediate repercussions unless said ratkin is either a grey seer or some other high ranking member in society. Usually though there are no punishments doled out as obviously the dead Skaven was not smart enough to save his own skin and so not worth much to begin with.
Cheers. I'm guessing anyone caught killing a grayseer would be called a heretic and get excommunicated unless there rank was much higher. What if it was someone higher but not a grayseer I'm guessing you'd just get there position (even if you might have to survive touching one of the pillars but then whether you succeed or fail at that you won't get punished either way). Also would an assassin ether be accused of murder or what it fall on the one who hired them?
Who want's a stealth game where you play as an Eshin Assassin
why not make him a class in some sort of inverse of vermintide
