A 190E Cosworth is not just "some Mercedes with a turbo". That car and the E30 M3 are OG's that started the factory fast sedan market. You can thank those two for cars like the M5, AMG63's, RS4/6, e.t.c. Before that these were speciality cars that came only from tuning houses. You couldn't buy them from the factory. This was the European version of win on Sunday, sell on Monday.

Brother, I watch a lot of UA-cam videos and I have to admit that this is one of the best/coolest videos in awhile. The past few yrs I’ve been focused entirely on the still streetable but race car. Video tells me I need to get my street cars out and enjoy them more. Cool video. TY for posting it!
Looked liked fun I take mine out and ride Panama City Beach late in the evening sometimes just for the ride. maybe stop off somewhere for food or errands or whatever along the way. Good to have one to drive and one to race.
It is great to just air out the car. I'm working someone else's project, cheap to buy but chasing problems that made 'em sell it. Always loved going down the rural roads at 4pm on a Sunday in the warm times, when tag sales would end and what didn't sell ended up free at the curb (free is my second favorite 4 letter word beginning with F). Picked up corded drills and various nicknacks, and having a hatchback GT, could even pick up furniture i could take apart later to make bookcases for corners of rooms that go useless otherwise.
It is exciting, riding in the passenger seat! No matter, what "you" drive. Completely, different experience. 😃 Glad, you had a blast! Old friends, fast cars!
So I have a stock bottom end 302 cam crank pistons all stock, supercharged makes 520 wheel. Thinking about running rotella through it. I have bunch of t4, think it should be fine.
Love it and yep I did bikes and boards back in day - GT pro freestyle touring, redline, haro and was big with P&P boards. Built a quarter pipe and all the local kids skated it. Friend had a half pipe and another had a bmx course. Gotta love the late 80’s/early 90’s!!
