I believe its confirms there will be a season 2 of Loki.
Normies! Just so yall know, "Journey Into Mystery" is the name of the comic book series that first introduced Thor and Loki, starting with Journey Into Mystery #83 and #84 respectively. And "Classic Loki" is literally Loki's original design, which he had until around 2009 when Sentry killed him. He was shortly resurrected as "Kid Loki" afterwards, until he became the new Modern Loki which this Loki's design is based off of.

Sylvie's Nexus event was her heroic potential. Remember, she was playing with a Valkyrie against dark forces when she was taken. A heroic Loki would be a threat to whoever's behind the TVA.
That was my thoughts too! When she played she said that the valkyries arrived and saves Asgard, and note that Thor always looked up to the valkyries, so I think She and Thor was supposed to go in the same heroic path.
I think it’s either a Loki that is good, or a Loki that loves themselves and has a special bond with either Thor or anyone really. They’ve been repeating the same thing in the show, that he’s meant to be alone and lose. When classic Loki got away from Thanos, they didn’t come after him, only until he wanted to see Thor. The nexus event created by both Loki’s on Lamentis is also another example. Whoever is running the TVA considers a Loki that doesn’t hate himself, has a bond with someone else, and SURVIVES, as a threat. Explains why him dying is what they consider the “sacred” timeline.
Also good Loki's don't survive long.

Alligator Loki biting off President Loki's hand is more of a Peter Pan reference than a Star Wars reference.
It's a Star Wars reference because they've had other characters lose hands in other MCU films as a reference to Star Wars. Gator Loki biting off Loki's hand is just continuing the tradition.

Dont make such bold statements based on mere words and individual experiences... also they never said they had never met one, they simply said "sounds terrifying..." but also they were their own group instead of being part of president loki's army.
One thing is clear, President Loki said "which one of us are you" which clearly implies all of them are loki's, even the redheaded female.
Sylvie is simply the only female loki they have met. That is all. :P
@@Otakahunt I'm making statements based on the information the show has given us. You are just assuming based on the physical appearance of one of the extras.
Classic loki, is essentially our original Loki, having gone through all his development, escaped his end from Thanos, lived in exile and solitude for what must've been centuries, during which time he mastered his ability with illusion just so he could imagine being home in Asgard. And then he got stripped away from his timeline when he started to hope he could go back.. and he hated himself the entire time, until this finale, where he found his true glorious purpose, helping Loki and Sylvie save the universe. He deserved to go out with a bang, and now I'm accepting that as the MCU canon ending for our Loki.
Probably even longer than that! From a quick search it seems Regular MCU Loki is around 1050 (give or take) years old. So imagine how many more years for him to age as much as Classic/Old loki has in his time in solitude. I feel it must have been in the thousands of years even.
Three quick points! 1) The Thanos helicopter (Thanoscopter) is legitimately in the comics, 2) The little thing jumping in a jar was Throg (frog Thor), and 3) Apparently there is going to be a season 2 of Loki. I think it's the only Disney+ Marvel show to be getting one so far.
and also what if? maybe she hulk or hawkeye too idk but for now what if? is confirmed for a second season

The USS Eldridge was involved in the Philadelphia Experiment. Fascinating stuff really. Also, GLORIOUS PURPOSE!!!!!
Also, it was clever to pick that ship with a name sounding very similar to Eldritch. And fitting it was devoured by a Lovecraftian horror of a monster

Like his smile when telling the story about his nexus event, or his maniacal laughter when facing his own death/the irony of his "glorious purpose".

Great theory! I have a feeling that the one who created all of this is the child of Loki and Sylvie... The child allowed all of this to happen so that they end up together thus allowing its existence. This offspring can only exist in the end of all time so that it doesn't "branch out" of the timeline. In the end, their love is their doom.

Fun fact: That story Classic Loki told about how he casted a projection of himself to be killed by Thanos and floated away on debris to escape is actually based on a ridiculous fan theory back in 2018 after Infinity War was released, where in one scene after Loki died fans saw some debris in the background that they thought looked like Loki and so theorised that was how he survived. It’s a ridiculous fan theory that is contrived and doesn’t make sense and marvel used it as a backstory for Classic Loki
and now we have fans thinking that our original loki did that because of him saying that. People and their theorys are getting WAY out of hand

All the other loki's seem to be obsessed with using physical weapons instead of honing their sorcery. (battlemage per say)
Even our Loki uses daggers rather than pure magic.
From an RPG standpoint pure mages have stronger magic than battlemages who use weapons + magic.
So it just makes sense... you cant be expert at everything so practice one thing to be expert in that one thing rather than remain mediocre at everything. :P

Sylvie is not a variant because she's a girl. That's just dumb. A damn alligator was able to be a Loki until it ate the wrong cat. So why would a gender swap be an issue when a while different species is allowed?
Also, the context clues of her playing hero with her toys and wanting to help the guy being manhandled in the TVA, that hints hard are what her crime might be.
Especially since Loki is gender-fluid her being female shouldn't change anything though that confuses me as to why they said they have never seen a woman Loki

They've shown repeatedly to respond immediately when a Nexus Event occurs. Hell, one of the very first scenes in the show is then responding within 1 minute of Loki escaping with the tesseract. You have to ignore every piece of visual evidence given to you about how they respond to even begin justifying her gender being the issue. Don't try to justify dumb, it makes it impossible to distinguish you from it

@@skarletfenrir6979 fair question. I would just assume that none had been pruned yet. While the Loki's can whatever species/gender they wish to be with shapeshifting they'll still have a base form. The other Loki's can be female, she actually is. (Just speculating from whole cloth)
To be fair, people can become Variants by being late to work... so literally any change from the norm can qualify, either by itself or in combination of other stuff. So it's not out of the realm for them to believe Sylvie's a Variant for being a woman; she is, more-or-less. They're only wrong in thinking that it's the sole reason why she's a Variant imo

I think Sylvie's nexus event was the decision to play the hero with her toys. A child Loki should be fantasizing about conquering and ruling Asgard, but this was the moment Sylvie solidified her identity as someone who would fight evil and help others.
It's an interesting suggestion about the importance of role models in a person's development. When Loki's born male he sees himself in Odin: the warlord and conqueror; the rightful king, destined to rule. But as a female she sees herself in the Valkyrie: loyal, honor-bound protectors who make the universe a safer place. That was all it took to make her a completely different person.
I’m pretty sure she didn’t have a nexus event cus that one chick when Sylvie asked her she said she couldn’t remember. What I got from that was they stole her life from her. For no reason to probably wipe her memory and add her to the TVA. But she’s slick and got away
