I am confused aapane bola actus reus conduct ka result Hota Hai but FIR alag alag Kyon likha Jata Hai Essential elements Mein Humne likha human being ,actus reus ,guilty mind aur injury
injury is the result of the act we did. So aap galat bol rahe ho
