I want to remove the Seat of Steelcase Series 1 but theres only one square button at the right and the other one on the left is missing. how can I remove the seat then?
What is the max backrest height of the chair with headrest at max extension? I can't find numbers and I want to make sure it will support me comfortably before I buy. I.E. I'd like to lean back and have my head supported.
Hi! I cant find the answer anywhere, hopefully I get one here. For the seat depth adjustment is it suppose to move forward a bit even after you picked an adjustment? it shifts back and forth with movement at times, very little. Not sure if its a problem or normal?
Yes there is a certain amount of tolerance that is acceptable. Very little movement is common but anything more than that may be a result of something broken or wearing down.
I’m 5’6 and I’m on my computer for 8 hours a day. I’m so beyond tired of my gaming chair. I get off and take my laptop to bed because it hurts my upper back so much. I’m tired of having something resting again my shoulders. Would this be a good size chair for me?
No unfortunately we don't sorry! If you have any questions about parts or chairs please reach out to our customer service staff at Crandalloffice.com in our chat. Thank you
tritek ergonomic select is really good for 6'1, the (highback, low back, or executive(highest back) u can adjust the back chair height, its even tall enough to fit 6'4 people. There's a lot in the canada used market if ur there for 50-200. It has 6 adjustability settings(chair height,tilt,5 positions to lock in, lumbar adjustability, seat depth, seat angle) and the cusion on the chair is really good, acutally might be the best. I like it more than my leap v1, cuz im 6'2 and i feel the leap v1 mid-back is to short for me, and lacks cushioning on the seat. the tritek, its quite a underrated chair. Another chair i would recommend for tall people is, the gesture with the headrest. Ikea markus is decent for tall people, but only has 1-2 options for adjustability.
You did not show how it's adjustable. For that price it should be.
Hey there! Here is a video with all the adjustments for the Series 1 chair! Have a great day! ua-cam.com/video/tl-PMsBt0mQ/v-deo.html

Max height is 28in and that is from top of seat to top of headrest.

Would you recommend it for someone that's 5'11" and on the slimmer side?
No unfortunately not I would suggest an amia, or a leap with a headrest for that height.
Im 5'11 and its perfect
You l get problem at 6f1 and +
Is to good for 6’1?
We wouldn't recommend the series 1 for someone that is above 5'10".
@@CrandallOfficeFurniture are any of the steel case chairs good for 6’1?
Our suggestion would be a gesture with headrest
