Big massive tree. Glad you were able to salvage it and turn it into lumber. Ekop shows as a utility wood mostly used in plywood. I have not seem much with that kind of vivid color. Nicest slabs I have ever seen.
That is an awesome chunk of wood. Some of the most beautiful grain I've ever seen. I would love to have some for turning.
What is the species? hardwood or medium or soft wood, recommend for table top, dinning room furnitue or coffin?
To do justice to these slabs, the prospective owners must have the deep pockets, to build a room, if not a house, around them.
They will look amazing, if you sand & polish into a mirror finish & see your face reflected from it. Complete with the proper lighting.
