Rick and Cyrus - NBA rookie Victor Wembanyama? He's 7' 3" at 210 lbs. Some of my friends have seen him and can't believe how good he is. He's averaging 20 pts, 10 rebs and has had a few 5 block games and one 8 block game. I tell them to take 2'' off his height, keep the same 8' wingspan, make him faster, stronger, better jump shot, can jump 12" higher and add 45 of muscle and you have a Wilt Chamberlain rookie. Wilt averaged 37.6 pts, 27.0 rebs and about 10 blocks his rookie year. Victor Wembanyama is the first player that I can remember that this generation of NBA fans can almost see what a young Wilt would have done in today NBA.
I think the Warriors in 13 out of the 14 losses have loss by about 5 PTS, there had 1 loss by 19 PTS. I think this is really good to see and if the young players get better and Klay and Wiggins get back to normal the Warriors should be a strong team by the end of the year.
Rick would be averaging 30 PTS, 8 AST and 8 REB per game playing in today's NBA.
