This is my go-to treadmill accompaniment as there are no gaps, jumps or repeated parts in the video unlike some others I have watched on Treadmill TV, also the scenery is stunning. .
I like this park too. Although I thought this was one of the more repetitive videos just because of the nature of the trail being a loop. I'm glad you enjoy running to it!
thought the distance was 4.25 miles (as per your earlier video from the same park..link below)..... granted I have yet to check this one... ua-cam.com/video/GSZd6qr7Ooo/v-deo.html
ok.... my treadmill pace for distance running is 9 min 30 sec. per mile...and this appears to be consistent with the distance noted in your original post (4.25 miles). It seem that in that clip your pace was 8 min 45 sec. per mile and this new one that you have shot (duration : 34:08) is at a 8 min 30 sec. pace (assuming the distance you have run is 4 miles in this clip). I just wanted to confirm the distance you are running in both clips...seems 4 miles is a good number to go with... Regardless, I am using these Virtual Run clips exclusively for my indoor running....and have shed 10 lbs (with more to follow)! Keep up the great work.... and thank you for sharing them..... :c)
Your videos are simply THE best.

The difference is the number of loops run. The park has a 1.1 mile loop. If the number of loops run is actually the same then it’s just a mistake.
