it’s pretty weird how every note is not allowed to keep playing for more than like half a second, what i mean is that there are moments where it feels like the note should keep playing for a little longer but it doesn’t. I don’t know if that was intentional or something went wrong
Apparently someone during development fucked the sound up, it's not suppoused to sound like this. There's a Genesis board remix by LegendofRenegade here on youtube that fixes this issue and the song sound godly.
@@metroided34I thought this issue came with this Xstyle remix but i just listened to the original version and now i realise that this remix is just being faithful to the original song (tho it would’ve been cool if mega sfc fixed this issue). I had only previously listened to the Mega Man maker version where it does fix it so i assumed that’s how it always sounded in terms of the melody
I was going to say something in the comments about how even in the source game, this track in particular is pretty good, but words are hard, man! That being said, you hit this one out of the park! Maybe this was what the Mega Man World 2 tracks needed.

Impressive. I have a 3DS eShop copy of this game but have yet to play it. Your work on this reveals a true labor of love and genius. 😄 Is it just me, or does this track sound a lot like Metal Man’s stage theme from Mega Man 2 for the NES?
@@ThatJoshGuyTJG So it's a debate between the chicken, and the egg. MM3 was NES 1990. Hardman was introduced. MM2 gameboy was 1991. After the fact. So my comment still stands as to the title being off. Unless it says something along the lines of "Mega Man II (Gameboy) -Hard Man Stage." Then the argument of him ALSO being in MM2 (gameboy) is just semantically flung poo. Check out OCRemix. Been around since Y2K, remixing games. All free. 3000+ remixes.
@@zsakrock Well no. The title is still accurate. The NES games used numbers on the box arts, while the gameboy games outside of Japan used Roman numerals. This is specifically Hardman's theme from Mega Man II. So it's not wrong.
