As others have said, this mission has a fair bit of missing context, most of it from the new war, but at the same time, there are some things in the new war that you'd miss without this. They are more or less running at the same time, storywise.
Speaking of Ballas, man you gotta watch the Prime trailers. They're great and give you more lore about him. Well, all of the trailers for Warframe are great to be fair.

The reason why most people say to play The Duviri Paradox towards the end is because it heavily relies on the familiarity of the "Angels of the Zariman" and "The New War" questlines. Some will say that their stories run adjacent to one another but thematically, you get more of a narrative impact starting Duviri after The New War.
Yeah no I got way more impact playing Duviri first. Without Duviri the reveal of the person stepping off the ship in New War is suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper disappointing and predictable to the umpteenth degree and I will die on that hill.

Playing it where I did, it made it unique to any other game any other game that did it the other way every time.
During the "Food?" "That's not food." scene you can see a Void Angel holding up a broken statue of Albrecht Entrati. Which is a nice teaser for the future. You can find out about who he was on Deimos. Right behind Loid you can find his voice recordings from when he encountered the man in the wall. You'll unlock these when ranking up the 2 syndicates.
Be sure to remember that sword that stabs the drifter and the line "but you can send it back to hell" it will be important later. Also if you haven't started doing syndicate stuff yet i highly recommend you rank up either the steel meridian or the arbiters of hexis as they give augment mods for excalibur that make him way stronger
with the Duviri quest completed, you've unlocked the Circuit which is amazing for both newer players and veterans it's essentially a back to back gauntlet of random mission types in random tiles. in "normal" mode, you get to choose one of three warframes per week and play Circuit on a kind of battlepass system to unlock all of that WF's parts, alongside some other goodies. in "Steel Path", unlocked by completing every single node on the star chart, it's much harder, but gives you items that will increase the lethality of existing, older, trashier weapons by a vast margin. gameplay wise, you're given a choice between a few random warframes and weapons for each slot, and anything you don't have owned will come with pre-determined mods
I apologize in advance for my long-winded response, but I really love your videos so I wanted to share some tips and some of my thoughts. I also recently experienced this questline for the first time, after returning to Warframe after a really long break. Imagine my shock to basically have a completely separate game that somehow intertwines with the main story. Those "decrees" that you choose, they are like temporary buffs that you get to keep for that specific run through the Duviri. It's basically DE's idea of a Roguelite, where you get random buffs that can synergize and end up juicing you up to the gills. Generally it's best to go for full melee, full weapons, or full abilities depending on your setup. They can get extremely strong once you stack a few of the right ones. Volt was my starter Warframe when I first tried out the game, and he's stil my main character to this day. His 2nd ability (the speed boost) massively boosts your weapon reload speed and melee attack speed, in addition to your movement. His 3rd generates a shield that most enemies can't damage you through, once you place it you can pick it up and it will hover in front of you. When you shoot through it, it gives an electric damage bonus and lots of extra critical damage. His 4th ability is just like a big AOE lightning storm, it will stun all enemies it hits and chain damage between them. When you juice it up enough it can clear out entire maps. Basically I'm trying to say he's a really fun frame, and I think since they designed the Duviri quest to be available to brand new players, I'm pretty sure you unlocked him for the main game as well. Lastly I just want to thank you for the videos. Many of these quests I played so many years ago I've forgotten most of the specifics, it's nice to relive them again and also get to see a new players perspective. I do enjoy how you have been basically doing full questlines in a single video, but I just wanted to mention you shouldn't feel pressured into HAVING to finish entire quests in one go if you don't want. It's also fun to see upgrades you have made to your account, weapons, and Warframes. For example, I enjoyed how you updated us on your Necramech project because I know how much of a grind that is and how exciting it is to finally be building it. Sorry for writing so much, I'm just really loving these videos, and my own recent return to Warframe has really made me fall in love with the game again. Cheers

Fun fact about the Tigrex if you decide to pick it up yourself! It has a "duplex" fire mode. Meaning if you shoot like a normal weapon, it will shoot both shots. However, if you hold the shoot button, the second shot won't be released until you let go of the button! The Tigrex used to be a powerhouse, but the current meta has all but forgotten its existence
Pure and utter confusion, love to see it. Yay, you did the second part of the tutorial! Duviri is one of my fav extensions to Warframe, it plays so differently yet fits so well with the lore.
Destiny basically has no story at this point. Most of the "narrative" takes place in either lore entries or removed seasonal content. Warframe's story may be confusing and nuanced, but at least most of it can be replayed for more clarity, and the lore fills in the gaps as it should.
When you play New war and quest after that keep Duviri Paradox in mind you will be ok, Also the side quest like - call of tempestarll , the silver grove, octavia anthem etc, has some important story elements related to main story so if your necramech is still cooking then check them out. Also try to complete all nodes/ points on all planets as you need to do that to unlock "steel path". You can also farm some cool warframe from the circuit while you wait. Btw loving the video keep it up :D
So this video is my second time experiencing the duviri paradox story and man, the genius writing is amazing. And I think I understood something new about the confusing story that is Warframe. Looking forward to when you'll play the new war, especially if duviri is still fresh in your mind.
In my opinion, this game is just a masterpiece, you never experience a loading screen, it's always happening something on your screen. Switching dimensions is so fun, I wish I hadn't spedrun through quests. :D tyt by doing quests ... I just started playing this game when I was bored. It was never meant to be my main game. but now i love it
So glad you have done the quest. This is a great way to get a warframe every week with all the blueprints with no RNG. By choosing the circuit option it’s a helpful way along with an augment and arcanes.

Duviri was actually an alternate START to Warframe. It'll make more sense after The New War. But yea, this was meant to be a second choice on how to start the game, which sadly now got scrapped. It was also DE testing a lot of the slower paced combat mechanics that will be used for Soulframe, their next game.
At 17:00 Teshin has two really long and interesting monologues, both outside the door and once you go inside the cave. But uh, you kind of rushed through it and didn't hear any of it ;_;
In my opinion you should have done the New War first, but honestly you were going to be confused anyway hah. The only thing I can tell you to keep in your mind, without spoilers, is that "meteor" hand falling in at the start. Also now that you did that quest, you unlocked the game modes of duviri paradox. It's literally Warframe's roguelike mode! It can be a lot of fun tbh, but it is a bit grindy. One of the benefits is that now, once a week, you can earn all the parts' blueprints of a warframe you choose out of 3 options. Some of those Warframes you get to choose are easy to farm, but others not so much, so it will help you a lot ;)
Hello, fellow duviri before new war player here I just wanna say that it's so much better this way because I consider Duviri as the Drifter's origin and it made more sense what happened in Duviri when I saw the early part of new war, yknow the hands from the sky and that sword stabbing us outta nowhere, drifter just randomly appearing in new war is like seeing the character you like appearing as a surprise crossover. And then I played new war which took so long it's like a new game at this point, gotta love Warframe. 3 different games in one and maybe 4 with the 1999 stuff
Some stuff will make sense after new war, but a decent amount of explanations and scenes relate to angels of zariman, once you get to that then we can probably properly explain
The Undercroft you will find lorewise after completing angels of Zeriman after new war. The lore of warframe is more disturbing the more you know. A combination between body horror and cosmic/eldrich horror

For a short time, a new account could choose where to start the game, in the duviri or at the regular starting point. It was very VERY confusing xd You can go back to duviri to do some fun stuff. The circuit can give you warframes (or op incarnon adapters when you unlock steel path). Duviri experience and Lone Story gives you other materials with which you can unlock cool melee weapons that can be used outside of duviri. I recommend the Syam ;) You should try all of them while you wait for your necramech! And yea, Duviri's music goes hard
keep playing even After the story! the pure gameplay is as good as the quests, if not better, plus i really wanna see you playing hard game modes, no matter if you record it or play it live on Twitch
So the Duviri paradox is a bit weird cause it´s super connected to the new war, so if you keep that in mind you should be able to spot some really cool connections. Other than that you´ve now unlocked Duviri, where you can farm the resources for the warframe Kullervo, one of the strongest frames in the game (he also REALLY likes the melee Azothane from duviri as well, like millions of damage even with the mods you have now type of like) but also the Duviri spiral where you can unlock one of 3 warframes and more each week by doing waves in the spiral, they also just changed that so if you loose a in the spiral you should now keep all the resources from all previous rounds.
It's so interesting how the Duviri is good played before and after the New War. Before the new war, offers you the connection with the drifter... After the New War, you would notice Ballas Pircing the Sword in his back after the character creation AND the hand that falls in the Void (Duviri) and fuses with the drifter arm... Is the FUCKING LOTUS HAND that ballas cut from her in the New War 😮 The "paradox" is .... If Ballas didn't cut Lottus hand, would the Drifter become abble to broke the expiral he was in, flee Duviri and help the Operator? 🤔 This game is Crazy and makes you work your brain. Love it.
I've done Duviri prior to New War and it's not that confusing if you remember what happened. Also a lesson from Cephalon Melica gives you a basic understanding of what's going on. Nevertheless, both are awesome apart from some frustrating bits in NW. Eagerly waiting for the next one 😃

You'll want to make your necramech and railjack somewhat strong before starting the new war. Some people have soft locked themselves because they rush new war without upgrades
So no you are not killing the courtiers. They are manifestations of emotions. They take the lead of the story depending on what emotion Dominus is feeling. You give them exactly what they want but it just makes them realize that they are the problem. They go crazy and turn into a dragon. Fear: she believes everyone is conspiring against her, so she tries to make you prevent things she fears from happening which eventually caused them to happen, and causes everyone to hate her while they previously didn't just because she belived they did. Eventually she no longer trusts you because she thinks it's weird that you do exactly as she tells you so she turns into a dragon and wrecks the land Joy: she is embodying toxic positivity. She believes that happiness is something to work for and that unhappiness is someone's their own fault, and makes unhappy things amd unhappy people go away. She is very authoritarian and fine with imprisoning people because "they are too unhappy." Eventually she realizes the consequences of her actions and thinks everyone is just ungrateful. She turns into a dragon and wrecks the land. Anger: he hates everything, he wants to punish everyone and thinks he would be a better ruler than Dominus, he rules with an iron fist, eventually he realizes that he's only like this because he hates himself. He turns into a dragon and wrecks the land. There are 3 more emotions and you can experience these all if you play through the Lone Story or the Duviri Experience. And in the end of each spiral you have an epic bossfight with the Orowyrms. And I think the way the bossfight ends is really interesting without spoiling it. I highly recommend playing the Duviri Experience alone or with a group of friends, go exploring, do puzzles, fool around, play around with decrees etc. There are loads of interesting things to discover there! Especially the lore goes very deep and philosophical there! Some of the NPCs are also quite interesting! You'll also find out that the courtiers are more complex than they may seem when they are in charge! Oh that you said the NPCs reminded you of Ballas, it is heavily hinted that they were once passangers of the Zariman before they died and now they are essentially conscious toys of Dominus. And yeah they died during the height of the Orokin Empire before the war. And Tales of Duviri was a book written by an Orokin, so were likely manifested to look like Orokin because those were the highest class in their society.
And if you want an explanation of the quest in case you were confused: You (the Drifter) was a passenger of the Zariman (you'll find out what makes you special during the New War and I don't want to spoil it) you spend quite a long time alone with nothing but the Tales Of Zariman book on board of the Zariman while everyone around you were dead. The thing with voidjumps is that they are safe as long as emotions are controlled. So the Tales Of The Zariman was written as means of teaching children to control their emotions so the jump won't go wrong... Well it went wrong anyway. And now with the ship stranded in the void and you just reading that book for an eternity, the void manifested your story into a reality. Dominus being a Tenno and having void powers and who also spend a long time reading the book, took control over it at some point. And he kept on playing with you, killing you over and over again. And well you died so many times that you stopped caring and stopped having emotions. Teshin guides you into feeling again. Dominus is jealous because you care more about Teshin than about him. But he is also scared that if you will leave, he will be alone again. Eventually you put him in his place like he's your little brother and tells him that he can keep his little play kingdom, you might come as you please as long as he doesn't mess with you or hurt the people you care about.
The way some of us played this was, wait 5 years- new war- then *spoiler* then this quest. Sort of out of order but still just as confusing…new war will open so much…
Doing the new war and whispers in the wall will explain some of this. from what i understand, duviri is part of the void paradox and you ( the older self ) are the you that didnt interact with the man in the wall ( that scary you that you saw in chains of harrow ). This being kinda gave you the void powers, so this older you who didnt interact with it does not, hence why you needed this hand to help you with connecting to the warframe and powers. Yes warframe is diving into time travel kinda, multiverse etc. Lloydy: im getting the hang of this game... Lloydy: nvm

@@jonasvandooren2045 It still is extremely "spoilery" ,considering Lloydy probably doesn't know about the deal with Wally (granted, even after Whispers we still don't really know what was the terms of the deal), unless he actively looked for lore explanations. I don't think it matters that much since you have to really dig deep to understand the lore, but i would avoid throwing major plot points like that.
Some people aren't big on Duviri, but I quite like it myself. I do wish it were more closely tied to the main experience of the game, but I find it fun all on it's own. It's also a great example of what I love about DE, that they'll take these big swings and do stuff like throw in what's basically an entire other game into this already huge game. I can't wait to see your reaction to The New War....more wonderful brain melting weirdness awaits!

I'm not far in the video but I already know you're gonna be confused. I recommend playing this one more time after you've completed the new war. This takes place in the middle of that but it's a different story. You may be wondering why you can play it before the new war then? Because it affects us the new war. Its a paradox ironically. You can't understand this without the new war but you can't understand the new war without this.
You'll be surprised to know that a lot of people did not like Duviri when this came out. As you pointed out this is designed to be a second "start point" in warframe. Indeed new players can choose to start from Vor's Prize or Duviri paradox. Either way, the two stories will eventually converge in one single reality (this is why duviri is better played or at the beginning or in the end, since this way you missed another important quest "Angels of the Zariman" to full understand what is going on in duviri paradox) . Imho Duviri was incredibile (imagine a player with 3000+ hours getting this quest and play a whole different game) and you are not done yet. You can play duviri "gamemodes" and earn amazing rewards (some of the strongest weapons in the game can be earned with duviri). Glad you enjoying this story.... and this is just the beginning.... see you on The New War
I believe it was a very good quest. But having a 2nd start to th3 story and the starter quest doesn't take place until much later is weird to me. The main startin to wf is great for a starting.

When you shoot through it, it gives an electric damage bonus and lots of extra critical damage. His 4th ability is just like a big AOE lightning storm, it will stun all enemies it hits and chain damage between them. When you juice it up enough it can clear out entire maps. Basically I'm trying to say he's a really fun frame, and I think since they designed the Duviri quest to be available to brand new players, I'm pretty sure you unlocked him for the main game as well.
Lastly I just want to thank you for the videos. Many of these quests I played so many years ago I've forgotten most of the specifics, it's nice to relive them again and also get to see a new players perspective. I do enjoy how you have been basically doing full questlines in a single video, but I just wanted to mention you shouldn't feel pressured into HAVING to finish entire quests in one go if you don't want. It's also fun to see upgrades you have made to your account, weapons, and Warframes. For example, I enjoyed how you updated us on your Necramech project because I know how much of a grind that is and how exciting it is to finally be building it.
Sorry for writing so much, I'm just really loving these videos, and my own recent return to Warframe has really made me fall in love with the game again. Cheers

Fun fact about the Tigrex if you decide to pick it up yourself! It has a "duplex" fire mode. Meaning if you shoot like a normal weapon, it will shoot both shots. However, if you hold the shoot button, the second shot won't be released until you let go of the button! The Tigrex used to be a powerhouse, but the current meta has all but forgotten its existence

Duviri is one of my fav extensions to Warframe, it plays so differently yet fits so well with the lore.
Lloydy doesn't have to play The New War before the Duviri, he has played Destiny, no story can't get more confusing than that

Destiny basically has no story at this point. Most of the "narrative" takes place in either lore entries or removed seasonal content. Warframe's story may be confusing and nuanced, but at least most of it can be replayed for more clarity, and the lore fills in the gaps as it should.

When you play New war and quest after that keep Duviri Paradox in mind you will be ok, Also the side quest like - call of tempestarll , the silver grove, octavia anthem etc, has some important story elements related to main story so if your necramech is still cooking then check them out. Also try to complete all nodes/ points on all planets as you need to do that to unlock "steel path". You can also farm some cool warframe from the circuit while you wait. Btw loving the video keep it up :D
So this video is my second time experiencing the duviri paradox story and man, the genius writing is amazing.
And I think I understood something new about the confusing story that is Warframe.

So glad you have done the quest. This is a great way to get a warframe every week with all the blueprints with no RNG. By choosing the circuit option it’s a helpful way along with an augment and arcanes.
Going at light speed is truly a souls like experience.

Duviri is by far my favourite game mode, you can have so much fun with it
Duviri was actually an alternate START to Warframe. It'll make more sense after The New War. But yea, this was meant to be a second choice on how to start the game, which sadly now got scrapped. It was also DE testing a lot of the slower paced combat mechanics that will be used for Soulframe, their next game.
At 17:00 Teshin has two really long and interesting monologues, both outside the door and once you go inside the cave. But uh, you kind of rushed through it and didn't hear any of it ;_;

In my opinion you should have done the New War first, but honestly you were going to be confused anyway hah.
The only thing I can tell you to keep in your mind, without spoilers, is that "meteor" hand falling in at the start.
Also now that you did that quest, you unlocked the game modes of duviri paradox. It's literally Warframe's roguelike mode! It can be a lot of fun tbh, but it is a bit grindy.
One of the benefits is that now, once a week, you can earn all the parts' blueprints of a warframe you choose out of 3 options.
Some of those Warframes you get to choose are easy to farm, but others not so much, so it will help you a lot ;)

Hello, fellow duviri before new war player here I just wanna say that it's so much better this way because I consider Duviri as the Drifter's origin and it made more sense what happened in Duviri when I saw the early part of new war, yknow the hands from the sky and that sword stabbing us outta nowhere, drifter just randomly appearing in new war is like seeing the character you like appearing as a surprise crossover.
And then I played new war which took so long it's like a new game at this point, gotta love Warframe. 3 different games in one and maybe 4 with the 1999 stuff

The Undercroft you will find lorewise after completing angels of Zeriman after new war. The lore of warframe is more disturbing the more you know. A combination between body horror and cosmic/eldrich horror

For a short time, a new account could choose where to start the game, in the duviri or at the regular starting point. It was very VERY confusing xd
You can go back to duviri to do some fun stuff. The circuit can give you warframes (or op incarnon adapters when you unlock steel path). Duviri experience and Lone Story gives you other materials with which you can unlock cool melee weapons that can be used outside of duviri. I recommend the Syam ;) You should try all of them while you wait for your necramech!
And yea, Duviri's music goes hard

So the Duviri paradox is a bit weird cause it´s super connected to the new war, so if you keep that in mind you should be able to spot some really cool connections.
Other than that you´ve now unlocked Duviri, where you can farm the resources for the warframe Kullervo, one of the strongest frames in the game (he also REALLY likes the melee Azothane from duviri as well, like millions of damage even with the mods you have now type of like) but also the Duviri spiral where you can unlock one of 3 warframes and more each week by doing waves in the spiral, they also just changed that so if you loose a in the spiral you should now keep all the resources from all previous rounds.

It's so interesting how the Duviri is good played before and after the New War.
Before the new war, offers you the connection with the drifter... After the New War, you would notice Ballas Pircing the Sword in his back after the character creation AND the hand that falls in the Void (Duviri) and fuses with the drifter arm... Is the FUCKING LOTUS HAND that ballas cut from her in the New War 😮
The "paradox" is .... If Ballas didn't cut Lottus hand, would the Drifter become abble to broke the expiral he was in, flee Duviri and help the Operator? 🤔

I've done Duviri prior to New War and it's not that confusing if you remember what happened. Also a lesson from Cephalon Melica gives you a basic understanding of what's going on. Nevertheless, both are awesome apart from some frustrating bits in NW.

You'll want to make your necramech and railjack somewhat strong before starting the new war. Some people have soft locked themselves because they rush new war without upgrades
So no you are not killing the courtiers. They are manifestations of emotions. They take the lead of the story depending on what emotion Dominus is feeling. You give them exactly what they want but it just makes them realize that they are the problem. They go crazy and turn into a dragon.
Fear: she believes everyone is conspiring against her, so she tries to make you prevent things she fears from happening which eventually caused them to happen, and causes everyone to hate her while they previously didn't just because she belived they did. Eventually she no longer trusts you because she thinks it's weird that you do exactly as she tells you so she turns into a dragon and wrecks the land
Joy: she is embodying toxic positivity. She believes that happiness is something to work for and that unhappiness is someone's their own fault, and makes unhappy things amd unhappy people go away. She is very authoritarian and fine with imprisoning people because "they are too unhappy." Eventually she realizes the consequences of her actions and thinks everyone is just ungrateful. She turns into a dragon and wrecks the land.
Anger: he hates everything, he wants to punish everyone and thinks he would be a better ruler than Dominus, he rules with an iron fist, eventually he realizes that he's only like this because he hates himself. He turns into a dragon and wrecks the land.
There are 3 more emotions and you can experience these all if you play through the Lone Story or the Duviri Experience. And in the end of each spiral you have an epic bossfight with the Orowyrms. And I think the way the bossfight ends is really interesting without spoiling it.
I highly recommend playing the Duviri Experience alone or with a group of friends, go exploring, do puzzles, fool around, play around with decrees etc. There are loads of interesting things to discover there! Especially the lore goes very deep and philosophical there! Some of the NPCs are also quite interesting! You'll also find out that the courtiers are more complex than they may seem when they are in charge!
Oh that you said the NPCs reminded you of Ballas, it is heavily hinted that they were once passangers of the Zariman before they died and now they are essentially conscious toys of Dominus. And yeah they died during the height of the Orokin Empire before the war. And Tales of Duviri was a book written by an Orokin, so were likely manifested to look like Orokin because those were the highest class in their society.
And if you want an explanation of the quest in case you were confused:
You (the Drifter) was a passenger of the Zariman (you'll find out what makes you special during the New War and I don't want to spoil it) you spend quite a long time alone with nothing but the Tales Of Zariman book on board of the Zariman while everyone around you were dead. The thing with voidjumps is that they are safe as long as emotions are controlled. So the Tales Of The Zariman was written as means of teaching children to control their emotions so the jump won't go wrong... Well it went wrong anyway. And now with the ship stranded in the void and you just reading that book for an eternity, the void manifested your story into a reality. Dominus being a Tenno and having void powers and who also spend a long time reading the book, took control over it at some point. And he kept on playing with you, killing you over and over again. And well you died so many times that you stopped caring and stopped having emotions. Teshin guides you into feeling again. Dominus is jealous because you care more about Teshin than about him. But he is also scared that if you will leave, he will be alone again. Eventually you put him in his place like he's your little brother and tells him that he can keep his little play kingdom, you might come as you please as long as he doesn't mess with you or hurt the people you care about.
The way some of us played this was, wait 5 years- new war- then *spoiler* then this quest. Sort of out of order but still just as confusing…new war will open so much…

Doing the new war and whispers in the wall will explain some of this. from what i understand, duviri is part of the void paradox and you ( the older self ) are the you that didnt interact with the man in the wall ( that scary you that you saw in chains of harrow ). This being kinda gave you the void powers, so this older you who didnt interact with it does not, hence why you needed this hand to help you with connecting to the warframe and powers. Yes warframe is diving into time travel kinda, multiverse etc.

@@jonasvandooren2045 It still is extremely "spoilery" ,considering Lloydy probably doesn't know about the deal with Wally (granted, even after Whispers we still don't really know what was the terms of the deal), unless he actively looked for lore explanations. I don't think it matters that much since you have to really dig deep to understand the lore, but i would avoid throwing major plot points like that.

Some people aren't big on Duviri, but I quite like it myself. I do wish it were more closely tied to the main experience of the game, but I find it fun all on it's own. It's also a great example of what I love about DE, that they'll take these big swings and do stuff like throw in what's basically an entire other game into this already huge game. I can't wait to see your reaction to The New War....more wonderful brain melting weirdness awaits!

I'm not far in the video but I already know you're gonna be confused. I recommend playing this one more time after you've completed the new war. This takes place in the middle of that but it's a different story.
You may be wondering why you can play it before the new war then? Because it affects us the new war. Its a paradox ironically. You can't understand this without the new war but you can't understand the new war without this.

You'll be surprised to know that a lot of people did not like Duviri when this came out. As you pointed out this is designed to be a second "start point" in warframe. Indeed new players can choose to start from Vor's Prize or Duviri paradox. Either way, the two stories will eventually converge in one single reality (this is why duviri is better played or at the beginning or in the end, since this way you missed another important quest "Angels of the Zariman" to full understand what is going on in duviri paradox) . Imho Duviri was incredibile (imagine a player with 3000+ hours getting this quest and play a whole different game) and you are not done yet. You can play duviri "gamemodes" and earn amazing rewards (some of the strongest weapons in the game can be earned with duviri). Glad you enjoying this story.... and this is just the beginning.... see you on The New War
I believe it was a very good quest. But having a 2nd start to th3 story and the starter quest doesn't take place until much later is weird to me. The main startin to wf is great for a starting.
