What the actual hell? That poor little girl was crying out for help and the system literally watched her and turned their backs on her. I hope that aside from the monster that birth her and her evil offspring, the people who worked this case get whats coming for them too. Caseworker/agency should be fully liable for this beautiful baby’s gruesome death. I’ve heard this a few times, caseworker probably was friends with the horrible “mother”. I’m disgusted. They dropped the ball on purpose.

I'm hoping that both the monster "mother" and half-brother get life in prison without parole for what they did to that innocent baby and what they put the father through. When I was little the system failed to help me, I was seriously bruised up, and I was totally messed up, by my own mother, that Demon hated me, and abused me daily, verbally and physically and mentally and sexually, and my mother also tried to murder me. And these monsters shouldn't be able to see the sun, prayers are sent😢

as someone who watches a lot of true crime, i can tell you that CPS, DPS, whatever its called state to state, fails children every single day. the amount of blood of children that is on protective services hands across the country is too much to count. its not even just stuff "falling through the cracks" its, like in this case, people, children, calling out for help and them just doing nothing, leaving the child with abusers. its sad how much it happens

Become a social worker then, clearly the industry needs help...we place a lot of blame on them & that is easy, but i've heard of social workers juggling 50+ cases & can imagine thats hard. Granted, a case like this would warrant more attention, but how many other cases do too? Which is sad to me imagining if one social worker has that many cases...how many children, eldery & disabled people are even being abused out there? It is sad all around.

@@kizzytorres1038 the amount of money you have to pay to adopt a child is crazy. i get getting people to pay because adopting a kid is really serious and if you didnt have to pay, people would just be adopting kids for government benefits, etc. but its crazy how much it is. and it makes people who would want to adopt but cant front $5-10k unable to do so, thus leading to more kids in the system. its just all sad

I went and looked up the case and it’s so much worse than anyone could imagine. It made me sick to my stomach. Those people are evil. I don’t understand why the mom wouldn’t just give her back to the family that actually loved and wanted her.

I swear some of the people who work in children services just don’t care about the children. So terrible what the father and grandmother are going through.
You are right some don't. But, Removing a child from the home is not something CPS can do just because they think the situation calls for it. No matter how bad the situation actually is. The removal has to be court ordered. And removals can take months. I worked for them for 3 years. And one thing I can tell you is that if the family court doesn't agree with CPS the removal of the child is not going to happen. CPS is the middle man. And they are always the ones to be blamed. When the issue lays within those on the top. Which is the family courts. They are severely understaffed on top of that.

@@MissAshleyBabyIn California the attorneys that represent the families work for DPSS. I’ve seen children removed without warrants and exposed to different forms of abuse. The director settled 1.5 million for wrongful removal. The children that were removed during her employment were lost in the system. In California I’ve seen it take a day to lose your kids with mere accusations, it can come from an angry neighbor or a bitter ex. California specifically Riverside County DPSS is greatly flawed. It’s all about grant funding and bonuses motivating the removal of any child that is highly adoptable. Some families are suitable to raise their disabled child, but are not suitable to raise their highly adoptable healthy child. 🤨
@@Sabrina-rr8sh I do not stay in California , Sabrina. So Your experience is not mine. I live in Texas. And a child being removed the same day based on mere accusations is highly unlikely. If this were the case, things like this particular situation in which CPS was called multiple times and the children were left there would not happen. And you just basically corroborated what I said about CPS not being able to remove a child unless the family court system agrees. You also need to go back and read my very first sentence. I said that there are people in Children's services who are just there for a check and benefits. Caring nothing about the children. Which is highly unfortunate. But that is not all social workers. All of this is also on top of them being severely understaffed. And yes, you are correct about the judicial system. It is flawed. And always has been.
CPS is the middle man. They get blamed for doing too much when they take them and blamed for not doing enough when they don't. The fault lays within these children parents and families. Majority of these people don't just snap and harm their children. They were 50 shades of crazy before the children came into the picture.
My heart extends to this dad and grandma. I’m so so sorry. Wow. What a painful story.

Unbelievable after such a horrible tragedy that the mother who murdered her own child would even get the rights to have the child’s body cremated! WHAT? Having to fight the mother for 5 months just to get his baby’s body after she’s already been murdered by her own mother is truly unforgivable. The mother wasn’t arrested until a year later so like the grandmother said that during that time right after she was trying to get rid of her baby’s body by cremating her to get rid of the evidence! She shouldn’t have had any rights if she was suspected of murdering her! The system is so messed up! This case is extremely sad! 🥲 prayers for the family!

You can clearly see that the father is beyond broken. It's taking everything that he has to continue stepping on. It takes true strength to keep going on after losing your child and grandchild. Even as a man, I got teary-eyed listening to this horrific story. Some people are just pure evil and deserve the worst that life has to offer.

The tiny victim was “sexually assaulted as she was dying,” and had “600 milliliters of blood in her abdomen.” The beatings the girl was subjected to had “enough force for internal organs to tear and bleed,” prosecutors said.
The brother even admitted to beating the girl while speaking to investigators from ACS.
“Defendant Paul Fine Jr. confessed to ACS that he had assaulted Julissia all over her body in the two-day period for which he is charged,” Assistant District Attorney Camila Sosa said in court.
“He also admitted to both ACS and the police that he punched her multiple times in the face on the day that she was pronounced dead,” Sosa said, “and that he had done so because she had thrown up or stolen snacks.”
She said Fine was accused of “continuing to beat and sexually abuse Julissia as she lay dying.

I know this mom.. Yes these case workers do mischievous things.. Many case workers work on emotions instead of doing their job.. The State and government need to do a lie detection test.. Many will fail cause they too are angry in their jobs..
Such a tragic story. The justice system is so f**ked up in general as it is & I know it varies sometimes depending on where you live.. which is even worse. This is one of the most horrific stories I’ve ever heard. It’s devastating and infuriating, that even with proof.. she was still failed and wasn’t protected. Infuriating that her father & grandmother…the two people who truly WERE trying to protect her, were also failed. I don’t see how people can live with themselves knowing they continue to fail so many children, how the people in this case live with themselves knowing they didn’t protect this innocent, defenseless girl when SO MUCH PROOF was right there in front of them, so many red flags. That audio of the phone call was so chilling… the entire story itself was so hard to hear. That part about the agency.. wow!! So many victims in this story. The young girl, her grandmother, father… And in my opinion, her brother (the father’s son) is a victim as well. Their lives were forever affected & changed by this tragedy. False allegations are made FAR too often & the fact that so many get away with it, especially when it involves children… ugh! Disgusting & disturbing. When the grandmother said “they failed all my grandchildren.” & how they had to fight for the child’s body, that they couldn’t bury her when they were suppose to. His after show clip had me in tears.

The pain in his eyes is and the pain in his voice is the most heart crushing, understandably, of course. I’m sorry he and his little girl was failed by so many people. I feel like these are cases where the father should deny the other parent the right to take off with their child. All these bitter mothers do it all the time and get away with it.

The supervisor and agency workers are just as worse as the mom and half-brother. They literally turned their backs on that defenseless baby girl and then tried to actually fight the grandmother in front of the kids! I hope they get their asses fired and sued.
I don’t think I have ever heard such a heart breaking story in my life. How awful for the family. I’m so worried about the dad he seems so lost. I’m sending so much healing across the world to these guys. This family was let down by so many people. They will never fully heal although I wish with all my heart love and healing for them ❤️❤️❤️❤️
No child should be caught up in the system. It doesn’t protect them at all!

I believe Mom was angry because her daughter looked too much like her Father and I also believe she was mad that the Father didn’t want her.
