This looks like the Chemguard Hi-Ex Unit (non st.st version) and 2% Veefoam that Chemguard bought the manufacturing licence to from MSA, although MSA provided no documentation back-up of any sort, so the equipment's history and performance cannot be validated, except by full retesting.
