Real time travel backwards in time is *probably* impossible. Going forward in time is theoretically possible by going faster than the speed of light. However, I do believe in different timelines, I just don't believe its possible to travel to them or create new ones after time has passed.

It's a really good Amv no doubt. But the second half could have been better. I don't know it would've been great to add the scenes where Mayuri dies over and over and Okarins struggle to help her somehow because this were the most emotional scenes out of the whole anime..

There is a cartload of uses for time travel even if you can't change the past. For example you can use it to greatly augment a computers processing power or you can use it to travel through space millions of times faster.. And even if you can't change the past you can use it to change the future.

The high-speed impact causes him to fly into the path of another car, then again into a third. Death was immediate as your Ghost watches. Time reverses, with new changes......
Then you just die and remain dead. That's what happens with all the players, who die without having saved. Game Over. But if you save somewhere and you die, then you just lose a life ans start over again. Until you run out of lives and are also game over. Well, that is unless you play without having installed a religion mod. If you play with this mod, then the game goes on even after you're permanently dead :D

it wasn't about the scenes in the anime, i think you sort of missed the picture being painted here, it was about the personality and relationship of two people.. the only thing i would criticize... is the song, it does not match the story.. as well as it should, but once again this comes down to the picture the artist was painting with this AMV, which seems to be more of the relationship and the personality of the professor, try and keep that in mind.. since you didnt notice it right off the bat

The C;H Visual Novel was decent, but the anime adaption was crap. S;G - both the VN and the anime - is awesome. The anime felt a little more predictable to me (though maybe it was just because I already knew the story?) and it didn't have as much information, but still good on its own.

If there were separate timelines no one would bother going back to change anything, because when they came back nothing would be any different, therefore eliminating the need to go back in time. Time is irrelevant, if your memories were erased until you were two, you would think you were two. So if you really want to go back in time, erase your memory. Time is an accumulation of memories.

That's just it. Time travel, logically, shouldn't exist. It doesn't make any sense if it does, and IF it does it's purpose would be to complicated for practical use. I watched Chaos head, and expected it to be mind fuck, but it wasn't to me. I was completely disappointed in the anime. From characters, to story line, to animation. It all was below what I call good. Steins gate however, was excellent. Took me a few episodes to get used to the characters and get into the story line. But then it was awesome.

actually, in theory, we would eventually notice after a long period of time you'd probably notice symptoms of deja vu and overtime something out of line would and change everything. basically it's like a memory we've, it's not lost, only dormant in our minds because it wasn't acknowledged enough.
if time goes the way you say it does, then when you change the event, you change the future, that event never happened, but you still went, so youll just end up back a spot with memory loss or retain all your memories but have no idea what just happend in the time you left.

Actually, one theory of time travel states that you cannot directly or indirectly affect yourself while going back in time. Even if you killed your father it wouldn't really be your father but someone who really looks similar dying.

It's random, when your dead it doesn't matter, and déjà vu is just things that are usually habit and at that moment you remember it consciously so it seems like you've done it already when you have, but not at that moment
plus, i think that time travel is possible, but the timeline will never ever change. you may go back to, say, kill hitler. but you may mess up and try fifty time before getting it 'right', which happens to be the way he died.
Deja vu is actually the delay, or lag if you will between your eyes and the part of your brain that processes what you see, that's why people who suffer from insomnia have a higher chance of having deja vu than most.

actually, in theory, we would eventually notice after a long period of time you'd probably notice symptoms of deja vu and overtime something out of line would and change everything. basically it's like a memory we've, it's not lost, only dormant in our minds because it wasn't acknowledged enough.
if time goes the way you say it does, then when you change the event, you change the future, that event never happened, but you still went, so youll just end up back a spot with memory loss or retain all your memories but have no idea what just happend in the time you left.

Actually, one theory of time travel states that you cannot directly or indirectly affect yourself while going back in time. Even if you killed your father it wouldn't really be your father but someone who really looks similar dying.
When I read this I thought ... Could it maby be possible that there is other timelines or whatever, but u still can go back in time in the one u live in? And if so could it be possible to go to other timelines by another method? :-)

@kyleard The thing is its a choice to look for it or ask. Anyone will usually go for the "type the question out" rather than just keep repeating the vid just to see info like that. In other words "just blame lazy people for being lazy"

It's random, when your dead it doesn't matter, and déjà vu is just things that are usually habit and at that moment you remember it consciously so it seems like you've done it already when you have, but not at that moment
plus, i think that time travel is possible, but the timeline will never ever change. you may go back to, say, kill hitler. but you may mess up and try fifty time before getting it 'right', which happens to be the way he died.
Deja vu is actually the delay, or lag if you will between your eyes and the part of your brain that processes what you see, that's why people who suffer from insomnia have a higher chance of having deja vu than most.

@kyleard thats the extreme kind, sadly its whats become of alot of peeps you know. No point in discussing this though, lets just admit the amv was awesome, some ppl need to learn to look and leave it at that.
This is a very confusing show (at least at first). I only watched prob 2 or 3 ep(dubbed). I feel like these are some spoilers while the same time confused enough to not even understand it all
