▼STORY
In C.E.75, the fighting still continues. There are independence movements, and aggression by Blue Cosmos... In order to calm the situation, a global peace monitoring agency called COMPASS is established, with Lacus as its first president. As members of COMPASS, Kira and his comrades intervene into various regional battles. Then a newly established nation called Foundation proposes a joint operation against a Blue Cosmos stronghold.

Realize always has that climactic vibe to it, it might be subjective but it will always be my best final opening theme of all Gundam shows

First few seconds especially feels the show heading to a conclusion
Climax of the war, our heroes gathered and final villains revealed. The OP and song gave me goosebumps.
There was a time when my thoughts were lighter, and I spent my days watching Gundam Seed and playing on my DS.
The pinacle point when Kira and Athrun use the meteor system..

My favorite seed opening. It was beautifully high energy
Love the battle sequences, and we finally see sides being chosen with the heroes and villains both assembled and ready to do battle. It's real awesome, and I enjoyed the way they hint at who's fighting who in the upcoming battles.

remembered as a kid i was watching this in the living room and my dad who took a break while working around the house heard this op, sat down, and watched a couple episodes with me. He is not an anime or gundam fan by any means 😂

I'm surprised no one has noticed this small detail yet but Waltfeld isn't in the captain's chair since this opening happens before Eternal's debut AKA "Lacus strikes back" episode. Minor detail but you gotta love that there's some variations to these. Very "SEED-like" to recycle and renew some scenes, right?. Freedom and S.Freedom sharing the same Full burst scene, same with Seed and SD Meteors' Full Burst scenes just swapping some beam colors around
Looking back on it. While Athrun and Kira joining forces was kinda obvious, *dearka* also joining them was not.
That's one of the best part
