I was asked to video my rendition of this classic Eagles tune. I'm performing this in my music room as a form of practice so I can perform the song out on my gigs. playing in front of a video camera makes you do better than practicing to nobody. the pressure of getting it right on the first take.... I created the music on my Ensoniq ASR-10 sampling workstation keyboard. Drums, Bass, Electric Piano, B3 Organ. The harmony was programmed using a Digitech Vocalist Access harmonizer in Vocoder mode so I can play the notes I want it to harmonize. The song has been transposed down to D. Iused a set of 13-56 strings on my Stratocaster and lowered it 2 notes. Now I can sing the song and still play all the lead solos in the song. the music was plugged directly into my Canon AX10 Camcorder. Edited in Power Director 13.
