I track and reach about 10000 steps a day every day but my morning walk of 20 minutes is always brisk mixing in speed walking. 15 years on.

Great podcast! My 91 year old Italian mother and her friends that are around the same age - some older have great brain function. They worked hard and many experienced difficult times in their lives. They ate reasonably healthy but never did aerobic activities. Can it be genetic?
