Isnt the calculation of continous compounding inverted? We should find the continuously compounded rate from the annual rate rate use e^x and to find the annual rate from the continuously compounded rate use LN? I tested here using a large number in the compounding period (999999) to mimic the continuously compounded and the result is the same.
Its to do with brackets and Order of operations. I found that adding brackets like the formula looks like fixes the issue. Or as previous user suggested pressing equals does the same.
Omg the AOS mode is a life saver!
At 14:47 you forgot to mention to put parentheses (3.54/2.21) y^{x} 4 1/x. Otherwise, in AOS mode it calculates it incorrectly.
if you hit = before you hit y^x, you can skip parentheses

When I am setting 6 N, 7 I/Y, 60 PMT, 1000 FV, CPT PV I am getting 946.6973. Why am I off?
Thank you very much sir!!!!
Great review!
Sir please tell me is this calculator can solve all type of CFA L-1 Quants?
Oops... 0.13 0.1.. i can do this..
That was so funny yet cute XD
14:40 I'm getting 1.9 when I follow what he says??
after 2.21 = then yx
Same as here, have you found a reason for it?

(3.54 ÷ 2.21) y^x 4 1/x=1.125 -1
Use this video to set order of operations. ua-cam.com/video/OWajtj8ewn0/v-deo.html
