Brandon Routh captures that Superman vibe/aesthetic so perfectly after Christopher Reeve. Only Christopher and Brandon scream Superman to me! It such ashamed Brandon wasn't pick to play in MOS or JLA. Now, as Kingdom Come Superman, he still looks great! If they ever do a DC Kingdom Come the Movie, I hope they'll select Brandon to play that lead role.

Brandon Routh is my Superman. He gives so much to Clark, Superman and Kal-El. His posture is different, his mannerisms, the cadence in his voice, even his smile as one or the other is different. Henry Cavill doesn't do that. Sure he is handsome and buff but he is still the same guy whethe he wears suit or his Clark clothes. He was fun to watch in Man from UNCLE but he is not Superman. Brandon Routh is Superman.
I keep hoping that "Brandon Routh returns" too... as Superman... There is something very special about him playing this role and all the positive reactions of seeing him back in blue in "Crisis on Infinite Earths" should have convinced WB finally for a new series/ movie. For more cameos within other series at least...
Where is Bryan Singer when we need him..? Bryan Singer should be letting Brandon Routh be as Superman again..can be as Superman who appear in a middle long hair style and in a black metalic silver superman' s suit as Superman reborn after " DC comic "..era after the colosal fight against the doomsday.
