in Home Theater setups where room is available.
In fact, these may be more affordable than big name
hi-fi brands for the home.
P.A. speakers are always a better idea for Home Theater

Hello. Do these only work behind a projector screen or can I place them on the sides of the screen? I want to get SI Black Diamond projector screen which is not acoustically transparent.

But how does it handle the low frequency cancellation that occurs when there are subwoofers spaced apart from one each other? This is one of the biggest issues with large sound systems and the reason to why concerts usually have sub-arrays, this also happens in cinemas since a 63hz sound wave is 5,4 meters in length. Can't be fun to sitt in a seat that doesn't have any bass?

This must be an internal talkathon by JBL gearheads addressing other JBL engineers. Boring, boring, boring. Even worse, when you go on the JBL Cinema website and look though these 200-series specific models, you will have absolutely no idea about what types of drivers are in these things and in what size. Must be the first time I see a professional class speaker where the manufacturer declines to identify the number, types, and size of drivers in the enclosure, How weird is that, right? Lacking that, this might be a classic jack-in-the-box purchase, and who likes those? Also, looking at the C221 and C211 models, these might be the world's first where the high-frequency element is on the bottom of the enclosure and the woofer is on top. This only might make sense in an aggressively raked stadium seating theater, not otherwise.
