Greetings. Continuing my Devil Blade series boss run. Finally, we get to Reboot game. The bosses here are much easier than in original games. Their patterns do not rely on RNG that much and they are easier to read. I missed quite a few scoring opportunities here but I was more focused on survival during these battles. Maybe someday I'll try to record each of these bosses while getting at least 95% of their score value. Well, only the bosses from retro mode remain. Expect that video soon.
I honestly don’t know what’s more impressive: -the drop dead gorgeous PIXEL ART -the amazing MUSIC - or how Shadowserg’s destroys every single boss like they were nothing!!
I am honestly glad someone is able to play these kinds of shmups, I will claim skill issue because there is absolutely no way that my eyes would be able to keep up with all of the projectiles on the screen. The graphics and sound are amazing, my eyes just wouldn't be able to process everything quick enough.
To help place a major pin in this matter, folks should look at the entire screen, not just the center. Shadowserg was kind enough to share Arek's replay and how they ripped right through each boss like a stick of butter. Point is, make sure you dont jump the gun and think the author is the one who did all of this. Better to keep a sharp perspective on the bigger picture. As for you Arek, in case you see this comment...well done. Pretty sure youd make most Shmups wish they had never been made after youre done with them on the highest difficulties
I like the whole risk reward thing of this game by getting as close to the boss as possible. Will be getting this, but got to complete my backlog of other shmups first :3 Also you should try a run of Alltynex Second, that game is amazing.
@@Superscope64 Not sure about Reflex, didn't check the channel. I'm currently working on that game and it ain't easy due to no ability to gain lives in that game, only continues.
@@Surkk2960 I've managed to 1cc it. You simply need to abuse the living crap out of the reflector shield at the right moments, especially once you reach the 2nd last stage onwards, and shoot at anything vaguely missile shaped. Also, really cool trick you can do to do more damage/score points. It's possible, but quite hard, to reflect a laser that's already reflected.
@@Superscope64 I'll have to remember that, thanks for the tips. For me It's mainly Scorpio that ends my runs early, it loves trying to bump into you. Stage 3 I find fun though.

I admit, this game is beautiful i love how 3d models are used in this game, something that is truly my dream.
