Aye welcome back !!! The mine exploring was so cool !! And the waterfalls are amazing !! Thanks for sharing and hope to see more of your videos, until then take care !! 👍🇨🇦
Hi Mitsy, I’ve never been in a mine before so didn’t know what to expect. I was very aware of not getting lost so I took 7 torches with me just incase🙄 Just good to get back out and film something for you guys:) Thanks for watching
Great to have you back Darren! That was quite an adventure just to get to the mine. Really enjoyed this explore, and yes, the colors of the natural formations were beautiful! Cool to see the bat up close - quite large compared to the bats we have in Vermont. Thanks for sharing this adventure with us. We all look forward to seeing more of your explorations soon! Be well :-)
Hi Susie good to hear from you again. I have no zoom on my GoPro so had to get really close to the bat to get a good shot of it. . . . . Was praying that it wouldn’t wake up as you would have seen me running as fast as I could for the exit:) Thanks for watching
@@stare6711 LOL. I was hoping the bat wouldn't wake up too... for both our sakes. Looking forward to seeing more of you exploring now that lockdown is easing up there. Stay safe but have fun!! :-)
So good to see you again! Very nice exploration, fascinating but dangerous, as well! I hope you will be able to bring us more of your videos from here on. All the best to you!
Hi Mihronissa, I’m glad you enjoyed the explore, I didn’t know what I was going to find in the mine as it was so big. I’m glad i got to show you guys what was inside:) Thanks for watching
Urbex Surrealism Art, You painted a wonderful picture for us all to to look & stare. Took me right back to my youth exploring the Godstone hearthstone mines. although this mine was fantastically more colourful than a hearthstone mine. Very enjoyable...looking well & thanks for sharing, I bet you forget the elf & safety hard hat (act 1974) TC. ;-)
My sister and I used to play adventure games on the computer years ago and she gave me her secret of going into unexplored caverns without getting lost. Always go to the right! It took me awhile to admit she was right. Again. It’s great that your back!! Don’t leave us all out here, looking for you. And thanks for the weird explore !
Hi Sheri, thanks for the tip about always going right, it makes sense as then you can always find your way back out. I was so worried about getting lost inside that I took 7 different torches just incase😀 Thanks for watching
Hi Stare, Wow, it's really great to see a new video from you, it's been so long because of lockdown, and I must say I've really missed your great videos so it's really nice to see a new one. What a beautiful place & beautiful surroundings, that mine must of been so busy in it's heyday, with all the men mining risking there lives. How nice to see a bat to fast asleep. Can't wait for the next video. Stay safe Stare. Andy. 👍😊👍
Hi Andy good to hear from you again. It’s great to be able to travel again after sooooo long in lockdown. I’ve never explored a mine before so didn’t know what to expect, I’m just glad there was a few things worth showing inside the place. The bat asleep was a bit scary for me as I don’t have a zoom on the GoPro so had to get really close to it to film it close up. . . . . So pleased it didn’t wake up:)
Hi Susan, it’s great to get back outdoors again now that we are allowed to travel around. Yes the mine was a bit dangerous but interesting to see how people worked for a living in the old days. . . . . .Rather them than me though:)
Good to get back out and explore something, lockdown through the winter felt like a really long time. . . . . . .I know what you mean about explorers, it’s all about who gets to film it first by any means necessary🙄 I got into it because I wanted to meet other likeminded people who wanted to document these places and maybe find out the story of why they were abandoned. It’s not the same now as it used to be unfortunately. Hope to see something from you soon:)
@@stare6711 yeah mate hopefully soon still got footage from last explores I done but not got time just now to get through them 🤣. Heading on a trip soon 😉
So interesting to see the rusty relics left behind. Just imagine what more you’d seen had you two worn your wellies. 😊 My guess is that you’re in South Wales?? I enjoyed the explore and seriously hope to see you soon as I love your videos Darren! So good to see your smiling face. 👍😊✌️
Hi Chrissy, yes I wish I had brought wellies as there were quite a few flooded tunnels I could have explored🙄 It’s so good to be able to travel again with the Coronavirus restrictions being lifted, yes your right it was in South Wales, about an hour drive from where I live:) BTW I love the stain glass you now have on your home page it’s sooooo colourful or colorful:)
Hi Jayagopi, I will be going out this weekend to film something new for you to watch so hopefully after editing the video it should be ready in a few weeks to watch:) Thanks for asking

Wow, that is a huge mine, worth the trek.
