the moment he said also known as the "light shaper" I stopped the video. nothing like some stupid arrogant intro to turn me off

i don t like the final pics they are just so ordinary and unflattering when he said he works for 30 years i was waiting to see some stunning portraits not that did not happen the final pics were below average.

I just wasted my life waiting for him to actually give a tip or a trick, and it never happened. thumbs down...

If the tip or trick was to buy the product he could have just come out dancing around like a Crazy Eddie commercial and said so.

Lol at him referencing he doesn't like retouching too much when his final images are badly retouched

Nice video, I like the options a beauty dish gives. I must admit to being distracted by that wonderful para in the background. :)

I just clicked on one of your light shaping demonstrations and ended up sitting through 10 of them. Thanks for the information, I really enjoyed your explanations, of the different light shaping tools from Profoto. I have been researching different lights to step up from flash, pretty sure I am going the Profoto route.

Very nice, but I put the diffusor on the Grid and than attach it to the dish with the diffusor into the dish. Than you manage the diffusor around the dish. So you soften the light before you limit the spread. If you do it the other way around you channel the light and than diffuse it again.

tons of detail....but......also too much makeup. kinda feel like i can get lost in all that foundation. i wonder if he is thinking of these other details while he is busy shaping all that light?!?!

if i purchase Profoto White Softlight , do i need speedring to fit into my Profoto D1 ??! ..
if yes what type of speedring to fit into my Profoto D1 ??! ...

no you don't need a speedring for it. I just purchased the softlight kit and luckily this light shaping tool doesn't need one.
