Hindi ko din alam mga ganyan na type ng aircondition, unit ko sa GRASS ay split ang aircondition na ginamit nila, nakabili ako ng window type, 'di nagamit, nando'n pa sa unit ko (bago pa 'di pa na open sa box) at hindi naman pwede maibalik kc mag 2 yrs. na esp. ngayon 'di pa kami pwede makapag travel, 'di pa sure ang situation nitong corona. Anyway ingat tayong lahat!

Your floor area is approx 14 sqm. only not 22sqm., base on the size of your tiles, including the concrete post. Have you ever tried to ask Ayala Avida why? I have my experience also. I do not know how they measured the 22sqm,. please let me know. Tnxs.

Maliit lang pala ang Condo? Kasing haba lang ng kwarto ko sa bahay. Mas malaki pa pala ang kwarto ko kasi ito pahaba hindi siya pantay ang laki. Gusto ko sana bumili ng Condo unit pero hindi ganito ang nasa isip ko. Ang nasa isip ko 1 bed room, living room, kitchen at small terrace. Pero separate siya hindi yong open lahat. Pagpasok palang kita na lahat pati kusina. Kung ganito lang pala kaliit ang condo parang ayoko na kumuha, bakit worth of millions ang presyo??? Dapat worth of 500k lang kung ganito lang kaliit. Ok lang sana kung pantay ang laki niya puwede siya gawan ng paraan lagyan ng wall para magkaruon ng living roon, tapos separate kitchen. Ito pahaba lang siya tapos yong pataas maliit di pantay. Sayang ang millions sa ganitong klasing condo.
it was stated in the title that it is a "studio" type condo, so it is how it is. no partitions. secondly, condos are primarily costly because of its location. what it means is, it is first and foremost expensive because you are located in an urbanized area near business sites or malls etc. lastly, you just can't invest in something you dont know. research more about the condos in the philippines. there are definitely condos out there fit to your needs (the ones with separated rooms) fyi, im not selling condos or planning on buying one in the near future. and in defense to the owner of this video, i watched this for the sole purpose of how they were able to maximize their space. which is also the main purpose of them sharing this and not to show how condos look like in general
This condo unit is not for sale and is currently occupied. We’re not looking for renter as of the moment.
