Apparently it was confirmed to have drop tracks. And is confirmed to have smoothing improvements, a train editor, new terrain editor, new pathing system, a new coaster editor, and alot of QOL updates

Vliegende Hollander type track from Kumbak (it’s the only coaster they’ve built but I love the track design on it).
Fingers crossed that our beloved parks from Planet Coaster 1 can be imported to this sequel. And I’m praying for weather effects and plants and grass that will die if not watered with sprinklers or janitors.

i reckon they should give us an option to create scare mazes such as the guest pay to enter the path and they have to follow until the path ends. making it a one way system

Honestly, putting the dive coaster and that water slide next to each other was very aesthetically pleasing for my puny little brain.
And it’s also a neat kind of way to bridge a gap between the old and new.
I hope they make the breakdowns more detailed. Meaning a ride could have a failee launch or stuck on the lift.

I really think that they should do horror attractions by now, they're becoming more common these days, they've accumulated many fans, and are popular for feeling like being in a live action horror story.

Every time I made a theme park in Planet Coaster I never had many people going on rides and in the park so I hope it always have lots of people in the park and rides.
It’ll be so good being able to build realistic paths without spending hours on them 😭
Can’t wait, going to be so much more flexible for creativity. A lot of improvements from Plant Zoo will be coming I’m sure.

I’m so hyped for this. Beyond belief. I’m currently sitting at over 5000 hours in one park, tweaking it over the last 8 years! I really hope I can port it over to PlanCo2.

I hope, with the flat ride customising, we can get a Vekoma Madhouse or an Intamin Dynamic Motion Stage (what Danse Macabre is going to be). It might be a big ask, but I hope we could get barren skeletons of the actual moving structure of the ride and we get to sequence it, build a room around it and then add effects and lighting. Those types of flat rides would be absolutely amazing to build in my eyes and lend themselves especially well to being themed intricately.
6:40… Event sequencer tool. Perhaps that could be what you could use to sequence such flat rides.
We also need a pre-made theming kit for the dog poop coaster in Bonbon land.

I just had a very good idea about your planet coaster 2 is that you could build a new wooden rollercoaster 🎢 and the coaster’s track layout. Could then become into a very large rectangle shape and then you can build some flat rides into the middle of the wooden roller coaster 🎢.

Was legit looking at planet coaster 2 stuff yesterday after not thinking of it for like a year
This is so exciting!! The graphics look stunning 😍😍
It would be amazing to have:
1. Two platform management with an alternating switch track between parallel platforms allowing for double throughput.
2. Separate loading / unloading zone
3. Unloading finishes before all passengers exit through the one small gate. For example mirror the entrance gates to the other side to speed up dispatch.
4. Allow us to treat coasters as transport rides with multiple stations on the loop. It would be a separate ride mode.
5. Good track smoothing that keeps the heartline of the track.
6. Dynamic ride ops: Brings more trains on the track when the que gets long. There could be trigger markers on the que to bring on extra trains from the depot.
7. Coaster depot / maintenance building.
8. Custom drop, swing, roll, switch track. Could have a track position 1 and 2 and the sim animates between them in any axis or orientation.
9. Better track support modeling (it should not just disappear if there is an obstruction, it should find a path around it or link to other supports.
10. Bring planet zoo into planet coaster. We could have a hybrid coaster park / zoo. Or coasters going through exhibits.

I want a simplified and more usable version of the no limits 2s coaster builder, so we can make the smoothest and most insane coaster layouts we can think of
oh yea and that includes switch tracks, drop tracks, maintenance tracks and so on, imagine maintenance being a feature in the game, would be sick to see too

I haven't played these games, but I'd be interested if they add animals for Planet Coaster 3. It would match the development of RCT3, where I used to love building Chessington-style parks.

The new ride in the trailer that you saw after the Surf Coaster is a Zamperla Gryphon. The only one ever made as of 2024 is at Kennywood in Pennsylvania, USA.
Oh, hellz yeah, water parks. I would've been satisfied if all they did was make path building and heartlining less awkward.
Switch tracks, triple pass launches and some coaster models noticeably absent from PC1 (e.g. Mack extreme spinners, Intamin blitzes, S&S freespins) would also be great.

I’d like to see the menus cleaned up a bit. For instance there should be one button for wooden coasters and then once you start construction then you can select the train. Same things with hybrids.
