    I love your tutorials and your in depth explanations for completing the whole song. Finger picking is new to me but I'm coming along better than I thought. Thankyou sir. Keep picking 🎸

    TRULY EXCELLENT VIDEO
    I FAR prefer your free form style of playing to other teachers’ more rigid thumb and finger work styles.
    Thank you!

      Paraffin Dan - That's a bona fide blues moniker if ever I saw one.

    Please number all of your lessons so we don't miss or lose any. I thought I saw you playing a blues song that I wanted to learn, but now I can't find it. If they were numbered, it would be easier to find them all, and know how many are out there. (And we hope there will be lots more.) Excellent teaching. Thank you.

      On my YT channel everything is divided in playlists. This will tell you more than a number. Besided, with hundreds of video's it's a bit too late to start with a numbering system.
      Also, always open the videodescription of the performance video's, it will tell you if a lesson is available or not.
      Sometimes a lesson is free for a limited time (to thank my faithful subscribers), then it will end up in a lesson pack or an ebook. This is probably what happened to the song you wanted to learn, it's certainly still out there (I never deleted a lesson), but in the paying section www.daddystovepipe.com/
      There's free software on the net to download any YT video to your computer www.computerhope.com/issues/ch001002.htm This way it will never get lost.

    merci daddy c'est super tes morceaux avec les tablatures ,la vidéo très bien faite
    mais serait -il possible de faire les tablatures sur 6 cordes car c'est difficile traduire les cordes sur 7 lignes

    • @daddystovepipe
      @daddystovepipe  7 років тому

      Le Guitariste j'écris mes tablatures à la main;ainsi il est impossible de donner les chiffres la même taille et de les placer tous sur la même hauteur. les chiffres 'danseraient'. écrire entre les lignes est beaucoup plus claire. je ne suis pas le seul, ni le premier à le faire ainsi. les anciens livres de Stefan Grossman employent le même système. de plus, je suis déjà trop vieux pour changer, "it's my way or the highway". Finalement, je suis Flament et ici on dit : un cheval qu' on reçoit gratuit, on ne le voit pas dans la bouche'' :-)

      c'est toujours un plaisir de donner des commentaires car la réponse est là et vient rapidement. je comprends bien si c'est plus facile pour toi,mais tu dis vieux pas tant que çà ,j'en ai 70
