I worked with Teri Clark at Applebee's on Harding Place in Nashville, Tennessee in 1991 when we were both servers. She was the best server we had. During slow time,2-4pm, she would run around singing with that amazing voice, acting silly, great personality. The Teri Clark you see in interviews is the exact same Teri Clark I knew then. Just the kindest person, upbeat, positive personality. I saw her at Chili's one day about 1992 & she said she got signed on at Sony-Tree as a writer. Then, a couple years later I'm watching the CMA's on t.v. & she stands up out of the audience singing a song I heard on the radio & it was her first hit,"I got better things to do" & I fell off the couch speechless. I'm so, proud of you Teri. You're voice is still amazing & you are still so gorgeous. Thank you for all your music. Your music makes life a little easier for nobody's like me. I saw Terri on her 2016 solo tour and then with her full band in 2018 in 2023 with Paul Brant and I would love to see her again in concert with her full band again

She is spot on with originality…I was a huge Hank Jr fan…until I saw him live. It was an absolute horrible experience. First…he was drunk, second…it was sooo loud you couldn’t understand him, third…he changed the words to every song and to top allll that off…the power went out.

I understand the money aspect of modeling for Playboy or playgirl if you're a guy. In today's world, it's just not a good idea. Because the marketplace is unfortunately saturated with the stuff.
It's not as cool as you think it might be. My opinion is that each there own however you have young people looking on . We need as a society to keep it away from young people.
It was a good move to turn down Playboy because I think it would have closed doors for her. I enjoy her interviews, I take some her answers to questions and torture impersonators.
As being an older fellow. I'd take he as a singer than 90% of the new ones.
